INT. SUBURBAN HOME - MORNING

In a white, medium-sized bedroom, the morning sun pours brightly through a large window. Directly under this window sits a bed, with the headboard facing it. In the bed, JEREMY FISHER (early 20’s, white) sleeps peacefully.

INT. JEREMY’S ROOM - MOMENTS LATER

Outside the window a FIGURE in a dark sweatshirt, hood up, runs up to the window. The figure checks to make sure Jeremy is sleeping. Assured Jeremy is asleep, the figure slams a taped note onto the window and begins to slowly run away. Jeremy wakes up, rubs his eyes, and sits up. Alarmed, he rises from his bed and begins looking around the room. Noticing nothing out of place, he turns toward the window and sees the note. As he curiously draws nearer to it we see that the note reads: COME TO THE DOOR.

A small heart is also seen on the note in the bottom right hand corner.

Still looking confounded, Jeremy quickly dresses himself in jeans and a T-shirt, finger-combs his hair, and walks out of the room. As he starts walking, things in the room begin to disappear behind him. As he passes his dresser, it vanishes. The same goes for any object he passes. Jeremy is unaware of this continuing effect as he makes his way out of his room, down a hallway, through another small room, and to the front door.

INT. FRONT DOOR AREA - MOMENTS LATER

Jeremy cracks open the front door slightly, peering through the crack to see if he can see anyone. Unable to, he opens the door entirely and takes a step outside. The door and the house remain intact.

After a second of looking around, the same figure from before slowly rounds a corner and comes into Jeremy’s view. He shows no fear as the figure approaches him, coming within arms’ reach. Upon their meeting we see that the figure is 5-6 inches shorter than Jeremy, who places both hands on the figure’s still shadowed face.

Jeremy pulls the hood off the figure’s head and revealed is JANE, an attractive white female who appears to be in Jeremy’s age range. Jane’s lips are covered by a post-it note, which Jeremy stares at intently. The post-it reads: I’M SORRY.

Jeremy puts his hands around Jane’s waist and then takes his right hand and removes the note from her lips. Jane makes a pouty face and Jeremy strokes her bottom lip with his right thumb. He kisses her close-lipped and moves his arms to around her shoulders.

EXT. OUTSIDE FRONT DOOR - MOMENTS LATER

Jeremy takes Jane’s hand and pulls her behind him as he walks inside the house. As they walk, objects begin reappearing back in the rooms. Eventually the pace of the reappearance of the objects increases in speed, advancing ahead of them. Neither seems to notice as the house is refilled.

INT. OUTSIDE JEREMY’S ROOM - MOMENTS LATER

Jeremy and Jane stand outside of Jeremy’s room. Jane is a step behind him as he opens his room’s door. The room is empty for one second before everything bursts back into it the exact way it was before. The only differences are that the note is gone and that a body is seen laying in Jeremy’s bed. He enters, walking around the room, while Jane stands in the doorway.

Jeremy then notices the body in his bed, and looks to Jane, who covers her mouth with her hands. Jeremy continues towards his bed and the body in it. Eventually once close enough, he pulls the covers off and sees himself, sleeping as he had been before everything began.

As he stares at his sleeping frame, a pained look comes over his face. He slowly turns around to look at Jane, but by the time he rotates, she has vanished. Jeremy stands, looking dismayed.

INT. JEREMY’S ROOM - MORNING

Jeremy is asleep under the covers.

On a bedside table, next to an alarm clock, a cellular phone rings once. Jeremy slowly wakes and looks at the telephone, which he picks up and opens. The phone’s screen displays the following: 1 NEW TEXT MESSAGE. PRESS OK TO CONTINUE.

Jeremy presses a button on the phone and a message is displayed. The message reads:

From: Jane
Message:
I’LL NEVER FORGIVE YOU...

Jeremy closes the phone and returns to sleep. The phone vanishes from the table.
