To answer Camerons question, "what's [lawrence]like", i will say this.
There's always stuff to do. Swing dancing, music performances, jam offs, jazz offs, movies, walks, plays, improv, everything you could imagine. and it's all 10 minutes walk or less away.
I love my classes, I am either making music in the best choir on campus (i'm the only freshman girl they let in) or speaking italian or studying hamlet. i've made lots of friends and everyone i meet is a new one. while i miss many of my friends at home, and my family, I am doing so much that i do not find myself sad.
It is a very small school, so i get lots of one on one with the teachers, and the classes are the same or smaller than at south, which i love.
school kicks ass. i love college. that is what lawrence is like.
