ummm...yea?
Please realize my friends that it is 5:40 am and I'm sitting here at my computer writing a 10 page paper for an obnixious Race and Ethnicity class. I frankly DON'T give a shit about this paper or the class and I feel like bull shit isn't even worth putting into it.
I do have to admit that I am a lucky girl because my awesome sis (SAI) Janet is packing up her apartment and is also making it an all-nighter. I'm sure I wont be sleeping at all tonight but we're gonna go get breakfast shortly and she's gonna help me come up with some hardcore bull! :-D I'm lucky to have such awesome friends/sisters!
I'm going to SAI Convention tomorrow, hence the writing of a 10 page paper the night before I have to turn it in. OOPS! I'm very excited about this trip, not only is it a road trip with some fab ladies, but I get to meet important figures of my sorority as well as sisters from all over the country! I'm thrilled to get the chance to experience this! It only happens once every 3 years and it could be anywhere in the US...this year it's in Orlando! YAY.
Speaking of SAI, I've got quite a few recruits for the Fall Rush! I'm STOKED because these ladies are amazing. Evah, Rebecca, and Ashley that I know of! How awesome is that? ROCK ON MY FRIENDS!
Ok, if it's not already obvious, I'm going crazy thinking about coming up with 4 more pages of...stuff...about Martin Luther King Jr., Malcom X, and Cesar Chavez. Honestly, 10 pages is a bit much. If it were more like 6-8, NO PROBLEM. But 10??? She's asking for some far fetched writing. I hate classes like this, but after tonight, there's only one more week of CLASS! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!! Then I get three weeks to relax, get a tan, practice, and work out! I'm stoked...and then....YES LADIES AND GENTS, it's FALL 2006!!! Wow, so soon. And that means FOOTBALL, OPERA, and my JUNIOR YEAR. I'm halfway finished with my College Career. How nuts.
Wow, I jumped like...3 topics in that one thing. Ok, I need nourishment and sanity. Janet is on her way! lol. I'll update all about Convention when I get back sometime next week! Yep, you heard me...5 days of SAI LOVE! WOOT!
