Jack's taking such good care of me. It's almost domestic. He's baking banana bread, making coffee. I really have to remember that he's kinda my boss and is only taking care of me like I did for him after he was shot. But his smile is so big and endearing and he put his hand over mine the other day, I feel like maybe it's more? Do I just want that and I'm projecting? I know he's gay. I know I'm setting myself up for heartbreak. I mentioned how good his coffee was the other day and he got sad all of a sudden. He said he'd had a good teacher. He told me about Ianto while we were in Scotland. I think Jack really loved him but he died horribly and I think Jack blames himself. I think Jack said he made the best coffee, so I put my foot in it and must've reminded him about his dead boyfriend. Good going, Esther.
