December in Temagami
It was planned as a 4-day cross-country ski trip. But it fell between 2 storms and we had to cut the last day off.
We arrived there 4 hours after the end of a heavy winter storm to find the trails burried under a half metre of fresh snow. The local maintenance team wasn't able to groom the trails that day, so we had some great nordic skiing and snowshoeing and took a lot of nice pictures. The next 2 days we did some 50 km. And the last day we had a very short scroll before it started to rain. They told us hey were expecting up to 20mm of rain, so we just wrapped up and left home.
