"Liberal Senator Sarah Henderson has slammed the Victorian government’s “serious breach of human rights” and has called for intervention from the Human Rights Commission. “As a Senator for Victoria it’s my assessment that this curfew is in breach, serious breach, of human rights,” Ms Henderson told Sky News host Chris Kenny. She said among the numerous potential breaches relating to Victoria’s 8pm curfew, the right to freedom of movement is of particular note. “The right to freedom of movement can be limited if it’s justifiable (but) there’s no rational objective of this curfew. There’s no health rationale, and there is no request by the police”. Victorian Police Chief Commissioner Shane Patton revealed on radio the police were not consulted before the implementation of a curfew in Melbourne, claiming it was the Chief Health Officer's idea. His comments contradicted remarks made by Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton who denied being involved in the decision and Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews who claimed the curfew in Melbourne was designed to help Victorian police enforce lockdown rules. Ms Henderson said the decision was "completely improper" and led her to make contact with the Human Rights Commission. “This is tantamount to a police state,” she said. 1. Проблема - только с комендантским часом. Намордники, облавы, "валидная причина для выхода из дома", блок-посты на дорогах, закрытие всех бизнесов, гетто радиусом в 5 км, "учеба" из дома - это олл райт, no problem there.
2. Проблема с комендантским часом - в том, что гомофюрер придумал его лично. А вот если бы он был чуть-чуть более щепетилен и получил бы бумажку с подписью кормящегося с его же руки "главного офицера здоровья" или "запрос от полиции" (также кормящейся от него) - это было бы, опять же, "олл райт".
Ну а хуле, хьюман райтс же - это такие вот хьюман райтс, когда тебе запрещает жить не один гомофюрер, а тройка из гомофюрера и пары его henchmen.
И это, господа, есть сущность, the essence Примерной Демократии.
Кроме этого, будь у власти the other "L" party, было бы _совершенно то же самое_, вообще без вариантов.
