He turns the small, deadly, object around and around in his hand. It silver gleams in the moonlight filtering into his room and calling to him. His cold fingers do not tremble. His resolve is strong, determined, silent as ever. He knows it's the best way, the only way not to lose control again.
But then he remembers. He sees her smiling face in his memory, her green eyes alight with love and hope. His heart swells; he almost whimpers. It's not what Willow would want, so Oz puts the bullet back into its pouch and fights through another night.
