“Okay, White is the color of Life, Black is the color of Death…” Xander said hesitantly.
“Yeah! Green for Will, Indigo for Hope, Sapphire for Love, Yellow for Fear, Orange for Avarice, and Red for Rage,” Debbie, the newest Slayer, explained.
“And every DC hero who’s ever died got a Black ring?”
“Yeah, man, it was amazing. Wonder Woman broke it by necking with Batman, and she got a Star Sapphire!”
“One way to do it,” Xander agreed. “Now they’re all after the White Lantern?”
“Right! J’onn wants it to resurrect Mars.”
“It’s official, kid: I’m too old for this.”
