“And then, what happens then?”
“Why, then you kill them, my lovely. As many as you like, falling like discarded wrappings as the ballroom floor grows slippery red. Then away to your carriage before the sun catches you!”
Drusilla smiled in pleasured anticipation. Grandmother always made the loveliest plans.
