I'm with manifest_now with regard to litterers... I usually do the same; pull over to give them an earful.
Other major pet peeves of mine:
Superiority complexes
Lack of communication in relationships
This is a seemingly silly one, but it's up towards the top of my list: editing/spelling/grammatical errors in advertisements (print ads, billboards, light displays) - if a company makes enough money to put up a large scale ad, shouldn't they have a proofreader with skills?
