Currently, to talk less and listen more.
To talk less.
To maintain my personal level of self-worth even in the midst of chaos, mudslinging or other.
Not to engage in rhetoric with someone who is mentally unstable.
Not to engage with someone who is mentally unstable at all, if possible. And to stay unaffected and impartial to one whose mission is to be cruel or vicious.
Not to worry about "group mentality", and not to be influenced by my perceptions of it.
