Public Transportation
When my flight arrived at Kansai, the last bus to Nara had left. I had to take two trains to get there. People were extremely helpful in directing me to the right places.
When I was waiting for my second train the schedule board said:
No Service 22:57
Oisu 23:00
Komo 23:06 (my train)
I was assuming one train was canceled. At 22:55 a train arrived with a sign "no service", waited for two minutes and left. No one was inside.
That's public transportation for you.
