spin spin spin thesis spin spin
My chair is REALLY spinny. Spinny enough that I can get a good four circles off of one push off the desk.
Clearly my thesis is going well.
I took a break and watched "Minnesotans vote No" videos (from the Minnesota United for All Families site. Which are very sweet, rather uplifting and keep making me cry. There's hope out there.

My thesis only threatens the flailing... It is not uplifting. I did spill coffee on my notes, which improved them slightly with a nice coffee aroma and a sense of whimsy. It's going pretty well. Upgrade death panel day is coming but I'm less unprepared than I feared. Some hoops do feel like I must leave a tooth behind on each one.
I can do this.
I'm planned my case studies and my research will take me across China, 5200 kilometres from Shanghai to Yanbian. Hopefully I'll have some teeth left for those hoops.
