I recently changed my name and made a new account. I was cartermckay for awhile, not I don't think I had you friended here because I was really inactive. We've mostly interacted on ff.net and like sites.

I share many of your fandoms but have only written for three of them, X-Files, ST:VOY, and Sanctuary. And I too am a baby-fic fanatic. It's actually rare to see anyone say it, it's usually a dreaded thing lol. I'd blame it on the fact that I have babies that are growing up much too fast, but I was addicted to it 14 years ago when I discovered fanfiction long before I had babies of my own.

I too am a die hard Trekkie, I come complete with Klingon costume and far too much knowledge of makeup prosthetics. I always dress for cons, though I'd really like to create a steampunk outfit next.

I'm 28, grew up in Alaska, and now my husband and I live in Northern Virginia just outside of DC. Our children are 4 and 5, both boys.
He's ex-military and is currently working in conjunction with the national space society as well as many other people of science/engineering/etc backgrounds to develop a non profit organization to fund programs applicable to future space travel and the like.

I adore graphic art as billionth hobby. I also write, make jewelry, sew, sculpt, cook (well), sing, craft, do stage and movie makeup, act in renaissance faires, etc.

The next con on my to do list is http://www.aeternitas2011.org/ It's a Harry Potter based one, nice and small.

I'm glad you friend back, makes it more fun when following fellow writers and reviewing :)

X-Files, VOY and Sanctuary are all awesome. I don't know why babyfic has such a terrible reputation but I'm glad there a few people who like it!

Your Klingon outfit sounds amazing. That's really really cool. Steampunk would be fantastic to, good luck with that!

The only downside of friending more people is that it's really hard for me to keep up with everything but I do try.
