But, seriously, if I spent that much time alone in my Ready Room with Chakotay, I would not be sleeping alone...
(btw, HH and I plan on getting the game up and running starting tomorrow so whenever you're ap's ready; still plenty of time, however, so don't feel the need to rush)
Horrible, evil writers. Never really got that whole Chakotay/Seven thing near the end, either. Seven and the Doctor would have been very good for each other, imo. But I was sold on Janeway/Chatokay from the minute he helped her find her Spirit Animal. That was so sweet and loving.
Seven/Harry was cute, too, but it was Harry's perpetual lot to fall for unattainable chicks so I'd have been very surprised if anything had happened on that front.
The Doctor/Seven could have helped each other become more human, which is why I liked that idea.
Chakotay/Janeway would have been all kinds of shiny even before you factor in how great they get along and how well their differing personalities compliment one another (instead of clashing like differening personalities do on a lot of shows, which just ticks me off no end).
No, the Doctor was never one of my favorite characters (except that ep where he went psychotic which was kind of fun). It doesn't make you a bad fan. Now if you had a problem with Chakotay we'd be having words ;p
*nods* Janeway/Chakotay was lovely exactly as it was. Add a little romance into the mix and it would have been stunning!!!
lol, I love Chakotay. He's so incredibly both masculine and feminine and ROCKS. The 'I want to be human' characters (Data, the Doctor particularly) never did it for me.
Crap, I thought I was the only one who saw the "feminine" in Chakotay! *hugs you* I always kind of wondered if, being Native American, he wasn't third sex. It would tie in with his shaministic bent and general air of spirituality...
he is such a woman, in the best possible way. I think it's what helps him balance Kathryn so well. She needs a wife and a husband and he kinda fills both roles.
*nods* I wouldn't ever go so far as to call her "masculine", but she definitely completely lays aside her femininity on a regular basis. Chakotay balances that out for her. They're a wonderful couple :)

seriously...in the middle of the delta quadrant, she's dressed like that while she's sleeping.

Tragic.

she's really a hopeless romantic. kinda like that about her. She probably just sleeps naked when she's with someone. ;)

Seven and Harry was fun for me too, just in the girl gets the geek sort of way. (and he's cute!)
Chakotay/Janeway is just meant to happen. Chain of command, frak it! the smut potential there is awesome.

And there's so much story there between Kathryn and Chakotay. Yes, it's complicated. Good! Write character development and plot and complications...
