Surgery

So most of you have already heard about my mother having a heart attack. Well it wasn't quite a heart attack but from the test that they did they think she was about to have one. EKG's and all those other normal tests showed up with nothing except one elevated level of some chemical in her body that they think is the indicator for her heart attacks. After two days of being in the hospital, she had a camera pushed through her vein to her heart to see what the problem was. Turns out she has three blockages in hear heart. They are going to do a double bipass surgery tomorrow. The last time she had a heart attack, they put a stint in to open the artery. This artery is now 70% blocked around the stint, which is a problem with stints where plague and such actually accumulates around it. There is another part of her heart that has plague buildup and right above the stint, there is a 92% blockage. So remove stint and do two bipasses.
My mother isn't a large woman, in fact she is a very small woman, weighs less than me, is smaller than me. See: http://www.freewebs.com/cerulean/BermudaChub1205.jpg Not the normal type you'd peg for two heart attacks. Obviously this is a genetic thing, which means that one day I'll have to worry about these problems. She's at Piedmont Hospital and Trey and I will be up in Atlanta tomorrow to hang out with people before visiting up at the Hospital with my mother. This way I'll be close if something happens.
