Hawaii day 4
- Snorkeling at Hanauma bay! Minimal driving mishaps, easy to find, easy to park. C showed up.
- Watched introductory video informing the public that we shouldn't touch anything.
- LOVE snorkeling! Saw stripey fish, black fish, big fish, skinny fish, puffer fish, urchins. Screamed underwater. Scratched knee on reef.
- Got buried in the sand. Sexy lobster.
- Burnt to a crisp. Sexy tan lines. Sexy red back. Sexy itchy & peely.
- Went to random lookout point that wasn't as lethal as I was expecting. Ocean was very blue. Is the ocean blue because it's a reflection of the sky, or the other way around? Returned to find that car had scratch marks around the keyhole. Away from the car a total of 15 minutes and someone tries to break in. Geez, they would've gotten away with a bag of garbage, 2 swimsuits, and a jug of water.
- Plate lunch and strawberry slushies. Rice & mac salad again. Hawaiians eat a lot of spam and rice. I don't think I'm meant to be Hawaiian.
- Visited a historic point where a huge battle took place and many soldiers fell to their deaths off a cliff. Supposed to be windy but wasn't windy at all. Rainy though.
- Visits C's kittens. Too cute for words.
- Bubba Gump for dinner. N drunk on 1/3 of something fruity. Me, surprisingly levelheaded after polishing off hers AND mine.
- Illicit activity in the hotel room after dinner. Followed by a Fresh Prince of Bel-Air marathon on TV.
