IA Fangirls United!!
So Jules came over last night and we sat down and watched Invasion America from start to finish! We started episode 1: "The Legend" at about 5:45 p.m., and finished episode 6: "Final Mission" at about 10:30. I am so happy to report that she enjoyed and loved it immensely!
It turns out Jules has never actually seen the serise. She had read On the Run about three years ago and since then was always looking for something on the serise. So when I lent her my tape that had only episodes 3, 4, and the last half hour of 6, she couldn't watch all of it, because she wanted to watch it from start to finish.
She did watch episode 3: "Renewal" so we could have IA gaps at centain parts she'd seen. Its so much better uncut and not censored, like so many things! And she read the novelization I lent her too. We're all in agreeance. David sounded like a whinny-pussy-crybaby! But I told her: "I promise you! David is a BADASS by the end of episode 2: 'Assault'."
Afterwards, she told me: "Now I want to read your story!" So flattered as I was, I pulled out the typed copy of chapter 1 of Bloodlines and lent it to her, ago with my copy of the Maze manga and anime.
Ooh. I should really add the missing part of chapter 2 if she wants to finish it. Eep! Hey, maybe with a bigger fan-base, I'll start typing it again.
