(roku) ~ What's Falling

Bah, rain. And a gale, no less. As much as a I like a little whether, this is kind of ridiculous, not to mention bad for the economy. Got dismissed early from work the last couple of days since the boss is trying to cut back. Even if he is suddenly making record profits, there's only so many things that I can do involving the ports. And anyone who ( Read more... )

Quaint concept, your "balance" is.

Oh, Joshua. Good to see you haven't been blown away!

Heh, you think? Don't you like quaint things?

Oh, I try, I try. It would be so disappointing if I let a little rain get me down.

Quaint things are nice to look at, I think, but rarely have anything to them. Or do you disagree?

Good job~ I was a bit worried, but I should have known better, haha.

They are, sometimes. But I think they might make a nice filler -- and besides, isn't that kind of thing relative? I dunno. I think that a balance between work and play isn't all that quaint.

I suggest you save your worry for somebody else.

Everything seems to be relative when it comes down to it, hmm~ Or at least, that's what you've told me. In more words, of course.

A balance between work and play has its quaint qualities, I'd say.

I will, then. But, pray tell, do you have anyone in mind?

So, I have, but yanno, there are some things that aren't so relative. But what do you think, Joshua?

Eeeh. So then, you prefer play to work?

I'm sure the young children and elderly could use the extra concern.

What do I think? Well~ Things are only as relative as we choose to make them.

I prefer to make my work my play as well.

Noted, haha. You're so caring~.

Hmm? You think so? I guess I could've expected as much. Definite standards are so boring, right? Though they are needed sometimes, I think. Anarchy is fun until someone, inevitably, gets hurt.

You now, that's a pretty good philosophy, and the best way to be successful.

I am a humanitarian.

Everybody has their own standards; their own rules. It's impossible to understand another's set of rules completely -- that'd be like saying you can understand a different person entirely. So why ruin a perfectly good game antagonizing over the rules when you could be winning? Or at least, that's what I've always thought. Hee hee~

I'm glad you think so.
