home from the intarview
Job intarview today with a local office of the state government. I don't wanna go into more detail publicly, because who knows. I feel that the meeting went well, and I just fired off a thank-you e-mail to the dude I spoke with. (No, a letter through USPS isn't necessary; I heard about and applied for the job through e-mail, so no need to print out a letter that the guy won't see for a few days.)
Since it's government, it's not terribly high-paying, but it would come with a full complement of benefits.
Won't hear for about a month, because that's how quickly these kinds of jobs get filled. There were a few other candidates' resumes under my own on the desk. We'll see.
