Chopper noticed the unhappy furrow between Sanji’s eyebrows had shown up again.
It wasn’t the one for Zoro fights, Usopp exasperation, or Luffy scolding. This was the one he got when he was taking inventory in the storeroom and getting a number he didn’t like. It meant they were getting low on supplies, and Sanji was getting nervous.
The reindeer was especially happy when he handed over the extra big fish he’d caught, because it made that furrow wriggle away, if only for a little while.

They were moments that his tenuous grasp of description would never be able to verbalize, when chi and understanding flowed though him to slice smooth through obstacles.
If Usopp were doing the recounting, he would say that it was the moment when Zoro extended outside of himself. He’d become as one with the universe, the sniper would exclaim with awe. He’d briefly transformed into a god, or perhaps… even a demon.
But Zoro doesn’t believe in such things. Sweat, blood, training-these are his truths. So he circles himself, lost in the riddle of his own unintentional spiritual growth.

Robin was a tactile being. Her hands were constantly exploring, and when you had as many as she did, the entire world was a vast trove of textures waiting to be discovered.
Usopp didn’t mind at all when curious fingers whirled and twirled the ebony spirals of his hair, because if being petted meant she was finally growing comfortable around him, he’d deal with the accidental snags anytime.
