Reopening!~
Back again! I was waiting for more poll answers but I guess op_awards will reopen! I'm just hoping I'll get some high participation, on deciding to reopen or else I don't want this place to sink again! I'll be going through some revamps this weekend and I will assure you that a new fresh theme will be posted on Monday.
BANNERMAKERS-I've relieved those who were banner makers before previously--if you've gotten a notification that I removed your posting access. HOWEVER--You can sign up again if you want, saying that you won't disappear when a huge band of banners open up.
I'M ACCEPTING UP TO 5 BANNERMAKERS.
If I don't get that much possibly soon, or by the end of the upcoming theme, I will have to direct you all to get your banners done at custom_banners to which I know some of you won't like that because it would take ages for your banner to be done ._.
So! If anyone would love to volunteer or would love to still help out with banners, come apply here! Comments are screened just because :D
