Of course that gets into amusingness such as, who of the two people, who both identify male, is going to lose the family jewels for a stretch to CARRY A CHILD.

The NON genderbent party not really being attracted to women, and complaining about that as they preform the all important act to GET pregnant, (womanized one could also be pissed off, because HE wouldn't mind, and still ended up the girl) Obligatory "but if it's you, you're sexy" must conclude this.
If you choose to impregnate on of the strawhat's manly men mid series, the ACTION PREGNANT LADY! I was considering opening this to Yuri as well, but it's less interesting if they can just impregnate the woman and turn back. I require making the characters suffer for at least 9 months for it to be funny!

Who I'd prefer to pair Nami with depends on who's available after the pairing you've chosen for the focus...
I like Nami/Vivi, if you wanna do something with that, I know that won't get in the way of whatever the yaoi genderbent pairing is...

The first thing Nami noticed when Sanji opened the door was his breasts.
She never would have believed that she'd stare at something like that -- she had a set of her own, it wasn't like they were a novelty to her -- but on someone who's always previously been a guy? As she blankly stared, she noticed other changes in his form. Little things, nothing she could really say, but they all added up to one conclusion: he was now female. And pregnant, she mentally added, noting the extra curve there, beyond just changing genders.
Franky broke her out of her stupor when he appeared in the doorway behind Sanji, and put his large hand on his/her shoulder. "Are you in or out?" he asked.
She shook her head and stepped inside. "Ah, sorry. It's just -- well -- " She nodded towards Sanji. "It's been a while."
There was an awkward pause, until Sanji asked, "So, how are you and your husband-wife doing?"
She gratefully seized on the change of topics. "Bon-chan and I are fine; he's at home with the kids. They just discovered a new game of having him 'illustrate' all their favourite stories."
"It's taken them this long?" Franky asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Noji-chan and Gen-chan are only two, remember. Doesn't stop them from getting into trouble, though." She smiled with memories. "At least it's easy to tell which one is which. As soon as Nojiko heard I was pregnant with twins, she suggested tattooing them at birth if they were identical. We had a few arguments over that issue, but it turned out to be a non-issue."
Sanji shuddered. "I can't imagine giving birth to twins. From what I've heard...."
"It's as bad as they say, probably even worse, depending on who you were listening to. But it was worth it. I wouldn't give them up for the world."
He/she nodded politely. "How about you two sit down while I get something for us to eat?"
"That would be awesome, thank you. Your cooking is the best."
Franky noticed her eyeing Sanji's retreating form. "Wondering what happened?"
She nodded vigourously.
"Funny story, that. You see, we decided we'd like to have a child; remember Iva?"
"Yeah...."
"He/she/whatever thought it was cute."
"Oddly enough, that makes perfect sense."
"After some discussion, well, you can see the results. In a way having one of us carry the child is simpler than adopting, although I had some trouble with actually contributing. Girls just don't do it for me, no offense."
Sanji returned, bearing a plate of delicious-looking treats, and huffed. "I am perfectly hot as a woman!" he/she protested.
Franky leaned over and kissed his love on the cheek. "Right you are, dear."

Oh wait, she took a breath long enough to say the ending was strangely cute... Oh, and there she is back to cracking up again.
