What the heck are these things?!

[nope. Haruhi's not really paying attention to the fact that she's just woken up after weeks of being asleep. she's turned the Dreamberry around to show a floating bedsheet ghost hovering in her room. it may look comical, but no one's wearing it. it's just hovering there.]

Yeah. Probably a different face, but still me. With better hair, though still not ginger. I suppose you've seen another one of me before? Did he look like me or was he kind of...bald? Said 'fantastic' a lot?

Are you sure he called himself the Doctor, Haruhi? Or was he from the future?

[he nods at the words of him being important to Haruhi. Apparently he had been important for people here and he couldn't remember. How could he have left?]

I'm so sorry Haruhi. But I promise that I'll do my best to not leave. If I was important to you then, then I'll just have to live up to the standards of the me that was before me. [And right after saying that, he gives Haruhi a bright smile.]

So, what about that floating bed sheet? It must have some sort of life in it, even if it can't be seen. And lucky for you, I know a lot about things that people find strange.

I'm sure. Before he left-or, well, you this is still really weird-you said you were a Time Lord. The other Doctor said he looked different because of... Time Lord things.

...Though the first Doctor I met was a lot sillier, come to think of it.

Right...of course. Of course, he- no, well, I was right when I told you that. Time Lord things make us look different.
