It's been a while...
I need an outlet of some sort so I decided to start actively writing in here again. Let's see how long this lasts. I don't think that anyone on my friends list even reads stuff here anymore.
We had another excursion to New York this past weekend. Of course it went by too fast, just like it always does. I seriously cannot wait to move there. It was very disappointing to have to come back to Michigan :o(.
While we were there we saw Billy Elliot, Shrek, and Next to Normal. Billy Elliot is one of the best shows I have ever seen. We saw Tommy Batchelor as Billy and he was great. In fact all of the cast was great. The show made me miss dance a lot.
It was the third time I've seen Next to Normal but I still love it anyway. I like most of the changes they made to the show, but I miss some of the old songs.
Shrek was better than I was expecting. I went in with low expectations and I was impressed. Seeing Sutton Foster live was worth it anyway. It was hilarious.
But back to the real world...hopefully I will finish school within the next year and a half. I am so sick of going around and around with different schools and stupid nursing programs and stuff like that. I just really want to finish and get on with everything else.
