Summary: Ueda have been tricking Koki to go out with Yuichi, but to be honest Koki didn't mind... One problem, Yuichi didnt know about it, how will he react when he sees Koki instead of Ueda? and how will the, so called, "date" work out? will it go as they thought? read and see... (hehe a little better then the last time^^)
A/N: This time it's a long chapter and also it's more from Yuichi's p.o.v.
Yuichi’s part
He had been really surprised when Ueda called and told him he was skipping his training to meet him earlier because ever since Ueda started training boxing he’d never skipped a single training, sometimes he even went when he was sick. However, it was nice of him to skip it just to meet Yuichi earlier but he still found it suspicious.
Yuichi was walking down the street to his apartment were they promised to meet. He understood that Ueda was probably already there waiting for him. Ueda was often late when they were going to do something, but sometimes he was early because he wanted to use the mirror for at least a half an hour. Therefore, Yuichi was expecting him standing at his gate waiting.
Yuichi turned around a corner of the street and saw his gate and at the gate, there was a person but it wasn’t Ueda. Yuichi tried to see from his distance who it was but it was too far. Al tough he could see that the person was leaning against a wall, wearing a big grey hoodie and some dark blue jeans. He had pulled up the hood over his head so you couldn’t see the face, but you could see how he was nodding and tapping with the foot in time together, probably listening to music.
From Yuichi’s observations of this person he draw a conclusion; ’this guy is probably a friend of my neighbor’. Yuichi had a neighbor that he was sure of was a gangster in any kind of way. He had really weird people coming over, Yuichi often met them in the stairs, it was all from hookers, too people who looked like coming right from the Godfather movies. Yuichi was sure he was doing drugs and having some kind of contact to Yakuza’s. He tried never to speak to the neighbor, neither to his friends.
Yuichi passed the person staring down at the ground; he was just a bout to walk in thru the gate when a hand landed on his shoulder. Yuichi froze ’shit I knew it! It’s one of those gangsters I’ve met in the stairs! He’s probably gonna rob me!’
Yuichi stood totally in freeze, while thinking of hundred different things this person could dot to him, when the person spoke, ”Ignoring a person like that isn’t nice you know”
Now Yuichi was sure he was going to die. He had to do something and all he could think of was pleading for his life. Yuichi turned fast and bowed apologizing while pleading out words like ”pleas don’t kill me!” and ”I swear if you want my money I’ll give them to you! Just don’t kill me!” Yuichi was still bowing facing the street with closed eyes.
”What are you talking about, I’m not gonna kill you”
Now when Yuichi heard that warm voice and that soft laugh he realized who the person was. He looked up and saw Koki standing in front of him, smiling but looking a bit confused. Yuichi felt so relived that he flung his arms around Koki so he they nearly lost balance, saying, ”Thank god it’s you”.
Koki cleared his throat before saying, ”Yuichi I think it’s really nice of you to be so happy to see me but people is starting to look weirdly at us, maybe you should let go of me”
It was then Yuichi realized he was still on the street, still holding Koki. He let Koki go and looked embarrassed away, facing the door nearly whispering to Koki ”sorry”
”It’s fine nothing to bother about” Koki made that soft laughter again and Yuichi felt warm and he could feel how he was blushing. They both stepped in and walked up to Yuichi’s apartment. When Yuichi closed the door behind him and Koki, he remembered that he didn’t know what Koki was doing here.
”Koki, what are you doing here?” Yuichi asked while he stepped out of his shoes and walked in to his bedroom with Koki following him.
Koki laughed a little before replying to Yuichi’s question, ”I’m here to take you out for dinner”
Yuichi faced Koki who was leaning against the doorframe smiling at him. Yuichi didn’t understand, he was going to go out with Ueda and now Koki is standing in front of him saying that he’s here to take him out for dinner.
”Haven’t Ueda called you?” Koki was now looking confused at Yuichi.
”Yes” Yuichi nodded in reply, how did Koki know that?
”And he told you that he can’t come cause Junno is sick so he’s staying home to take care of him and he didn’t want you to eat all by yourself, so I decided to take you out for dinner when Ueda couldn’t”
Yuichi looked even more confused now. ”So you’re here to take me out for dinner because Ueda asked you to?”
Koki shook his head vigorously, ”No, I came here because I wanted to. Not because of Ueda, but you’re saying that he haven’t told you about this?”
”No he hasn’t” Yuichi shook his head.
”But he told me he was going to… anyway now when Ueda is busy, would you like to go out with me for dinner?” Koki held out his hand for Yuichi to grab it.
Yuichi looked at Koki he was still confused but he was actually happy that Koki was here instead of Ueda. Now when he thought about it, it nearly sound like a date. Is it a date? Maybe he can ask, no way he cannot ask that. Koki’s strait isn’t he, it can’t be a date.
”I understand that you maybe are disappointed, but I hope I can make it up to you since last time”
’Oh my god! He wants to make up for last time. What should I do? What should I do? Hug him and tell him that I don’t care and that I love to go for dinner with him… NO! What am I thinking?’
”Yuichi” Koki was now closer to him and was still holding his hand out.
Yuichi reached out to the hand and let his own land nicely in Koki’s, who grabbed it and pulled him closer to a hug. Yuichi got surprised but he felt that warm and save feeling he always felt in Koki’s arms, so he stayed there.
Once again it was Koki who broke the silence in the room, ”shall we go then?” he ended with a smile.
”I’m just gonna get my wallet” Yuichi let go of Koki and reached for his coat were the wallet was.
”Come on Yuichi I’m starving here!” Koki shouted from the hallway.
Yuichi was smiling for himself while walking out to the hallway. He went to Koki who grabbed his hand and they walked out thru the door, together, hand in hand.
Later Yuichi found himself sitting in a nice restaurant waiting for Koki who had gone for the bathroom. Why was this happening? He was not on a date but he was out eating with a great friend, a really great friend. A friend that was nice, warm, and good looking… no, no, no, and no! Not that, okey he is good looking but… just stop think about it! Yuichi was fighting with his thoughts when Koki suddenly came back and sat on the opposite place of him.
”Missed me?” Koki smiled at him and he felt warm seeing that smile.
”I was just thinking about…” Koki suddenly went pale in the face and he’s jaw fell to the ground.
”Koki what’s wrong?” Yuichi tried to talk to Koki but all he did was staring.
Yuichi turned and looked in the same direction as Koki, what he saw was two guys walking towards a table. The taller one was maybe a little shorter then himself, he had dark brown hair that was nicely flat with some small locks at the end curling up against a black hat. He looked pretty regular, some blue jeans, not too tight and not to big, a white t-shirt with some print on and a black jacket. The other guy was maybe in Koki’s height a little feminine in some way, maybe because he was so thin. The smaller had really dark brown hair or was it black, Yuichi couldn’t tell from the distance, the hair was also curling at the end, like the taller one but shorter. The smaller one had also pretty regular style but much more fitting clothes, the jeans was nearly slim fitted to his legs and the black, thin looking, cardigan he was wearing over a white small t-shirt was also nicely fitted to his body.
They was just about to sit down when the smaller one looked over at their table and started to waive with a big smile on his face, then walking towards them, and after his accompany who looked really confused.
The smaller one came towards Koki who had stood up and was still looking shocked but the mouth was now closed.
”Koki! I didn’t expect you here” the guy hugged Koki.
”Kazuya, what are you doing here?” Koki hugged the guy back still looking confused.
”I’m here with my boyfriend, we’re going to have dinner here, and you, are your date going on well?” The guy looked at Yuichi and then back at Koki with a smirk. ’Date? Was it a date? And who is this guy and how does he know Koki?’ Yuichi got more and more confused.
Koki looked at Yuichi ”This is Kazuya Kamenashi he’s family is very close to mine so we know each other from when we we’re kids” the guy named Kazuya bowed politely and took Yuichi’s hand.
”You must be Yuichi, it is so nice to meet you! I heard a lot about you” Yuichi was still confused but he couldn’t be rude. ”Nice to meet you too Kazuya” Yuichi stood up while shaking Kazuya’s hand.
Kazuya turned over to the other guy and tugged his arm, ”This is my boyfriend Jin Akanishi”
”As Kazu-Chan said I’m Jin, nice to meet you both” Jin shook hand with both Koki and Yuichi who exchanged glances with each other and thought probably the same. ’Kazu-Chan?’
”Jin don’t call me that when we’re out in public” Kazuya poked Jin’s chin then gave him a little kiss on it. Yuichi’s eyes got wide, ’so they are really a couple?’
”But Kazuya your hair, it’s black and it’s shorter, right?” Koki was now the one to speak.
”Yes I know, it was Jin’s idea actually. He thought it would be sexy on me” Kazuya looked at his boyfriend with a teasing smile on his face.
”Kazuya, not in public” Jin whispered to Kazuya who was laughing at Jin’s now, red chins.
This was really a strange couple but they both seemed nice. Yuichi thought that Kazuya must be a close friend to Koki if they knew each other since they were kids. Then Yuichi thought again of what Kazuya said earlier ’and you, are your date going on well?’ Is it a date? No but then did Kazuya say that? Suddenly Kazuya came with and idea.
”Hey, let us eat together! Like a double date!” then Jin filled in ”if not you want to be alone on your date of course, sometimes a couple needs their own time together right?” Jin took Kazuya in his arm and placed his hand nicely on his hip.
It was then it went clear to Yuichi, they thought they were a couple. Yuichi thought of object to the date and couple idea when Koki spoke.
”Well It’s kind of our first date, so if you wouldn’t mind” Koki made a apologetic face then he lightened up and said ” maybe we can see each other later, we we’re actually thinking about going out after the dinner so maybe we can meet up somewhere, plus were almost done with our dinner, right Yuichi” Koki laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulder smiling at the other couple. Yuichi nodded then Kazuya spoke, ”It’s fine really, we understand but let’s say we’ll catch each other later then” Jin took Kazuya with him and said goodbye.
Koki and Yuichi sat down at their table and Yuichi didn’t really know what was going on.
”Yuichi I’m sorry for lying about you and me being together, but if it’s okey with you, maybe we can just pretend for tonight that we are together and I totally understand if you think I’m crazy it’s just that I was going to meet Kazuya today but I canceled it because I wanted to be with you instead, so I said to him that I was going on a date and now he thinks that you are my date, which you’re not… I mean I know you’re strait so you wouldn’t like me in that way” Now Koki started to blush ”Anyway it was stupid of me to lie about you and me but if you wanna be my boyfriend for tonight I promise I will love you as you would be my real boyfriend, so do you wanna be my boyfriend?” Koki sat inhaling all air he lost of the long explanation. Yuichi was more then happy to hear those words, yes he may be strait but he would also anytime, pretend as Koki’s boyfriend if he asked him to.
”Of course I’ll be your boyfriend” ’ I said it, oh my god I said it!’
”You will?!” Koki asked looking really happy and exited.
”Yes, of course I will” Yuichi felt like being in a movie and he was the girl who just got asked out of the guy she always been in love with. Except that he wasn’t a girl, he haven’t been in love with Koki, and he wasn’t in love with him, so it was a big different, but still the feeling was the same.
”Oh my god I love you!” Koki shouted of happiness, the only problem was that he shouted so loud that the whole restaurant heard and everyone was now looking at them. They both looked at each other then burst out laughing.
After they were done with the dinner, they walked out from the restaurant to get some air. Yuichi got a bit surprised when Koki laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulder but he also felt so nice being there close to Koki. Yuichi looked up at Koki a little questioning and Koki took away his arm, ”Sorry I just…”
Yuichi felt it lonely and cold without Koki’s arm so he did something he never thought he would be brave enough to do. He took Koki’s arm and laid it over his shoulders, then he looked at Koki who first looked surprised then he smiled. Koki’s arm hugged Yuichi even closer and Yuichi felt nearly blushing of the closeness to Koki.
Suddenly Koki cupped Yuichi’s cheek and made him look right into Koki’s eyes. Yuichi gulped when he Koki got even closer, they were so close that Yuichi could feel Koki’s breath on his lips. Koki looked at him with so lovingly eyes, Yuichi thought he would faint right there on the spot. Then Koki came closer and closer… Yuichi had to close his eyes; he knew that soon he probably would feel Koki’s lips on his own.
Then in the same moment as Yuichi thought he would feel Koki’s lips, Kazuya’s voice suddenly was heard, ”Hey you two lovey-dovey over there!”
Yuichi opened his eyes and looked at the direction of the voice. Kazuya and Jin were walking towards them. Yuichi looked at Koki who now was just standing beside him, Koki’s arm was gone from his shoulders and his lips were also, so far away. Yuichi didn’t know why but at the moment, when he was in Koki’s arms he really wanted to feel those lips against his own. He felt himself blushing again from that thought when Kazuya and Jin were standing in front of them.
”Hi guys, are you ready to go out and make the town unsafe” Kazuya was really exited, Yuichi could tell from his jumping and clapping hands, he reminded a little of Ueda in some way.
”Kazuya calm down” Jin laid his hands on his boyfriends shoulders to prevent him from jumping again.
”Sorry I’m just so exited!”
”Fine then, where do you guys wanna go? I guess we should decide so this little party-princess can go and make the town unsafe” Jin chuckled a little then looking at Kazuya then back at Yuichi and Koki.
Koki was the one to answer the question, ” it doesn’t really matter, maybe you know some good places?” Koki made a gesture towards Jin who nodded back.
”I do, there is actually one club that is just a few blocks away, we could go there if you want to?” Jin looked at everybody and everyone was agreeing.
They started to walk; Jin took Kazuya under his arm and went strait forward. Yuichi went after, feeling alone from seeing the lovely couple in front of him and know that he would just walk there beside Koki.
Koki’s part
Yuichi went after Kazuya and Jin, who was having his arm over Kazuya’s shoulders. They looked really like a couple. Koki looked at Yuichi who walked alone behind them, ’I promised you’ Koki thought in his mind of how he promised Yuichi to love him as if he was his real boyfriend.
Koki went to Yuichi’s side and hugged him from behind. Yuichi stopped and Koki turned him around, ”Do you think I’m just gonna let you go like that, remember you’re my boyfriend” He held out his hand to Yuichi. Yuichi looked at him and then Koki saw how he started to blush. He was so cute when he blushed. Yuichi took his hand and they walked hand in hand.
They finally reached a club when Jin turned around, ”Here it is! Shall we” he opened the door for Kazuya, who giggled and walked in thanking Jin for holding up the door. Koki felt he couldn’t be worse, so he went for the door and opened it for Yuichi, who smiled at him and walked in. Koki followed Yuichi thru the door; when he got in, he found Yuichi following Jin and Kazuya who walked over to a free table.
They all sat down and Koki started to look around. The room was pretty dark, the light was in green and blue, but on the dance floor, it looked like a sea of colors that was dancing together with all the people there. The music from the dance floor was in perfect volume to talk but still enough to have like background music. It smelled alcohol from different drinks and smoke from cigarettes.
”So what are you gonna drink?” Jin was the one to ask.
”I’ll take a Jin and tonic” Kazuya smiled at Jin who shook his head.
”Sure honey, but you guys what do you want?” Jin looked over at Koki and Yuichi.
Koki looked at Yuichi ”what do you want?”
Yuichi looked like thinking then he looked up at Koki and said, ”Surprise me”
Koki nodded back then looked at Jin who was standing, ”I’ll come with you” Koki moved from his seat beside Yuichi and walked away.
At the bar Jin faced Koki, ”hey I got an idea” Jin paused, ” Let’s do a little game, shall we?”
Koki just nodded. Jin started to explain, ”Look at the drink list” Koki looked where Jin pointed. It was at least hundreds of different drinks if not more.
”See it” Jin asked and Koki nodded, ”Good, now I will start count in my head quietly and when you say stop, the number I’m on, that drink it will be. Do you get it?” Koki looked at Jin, of course he had been doing different kinds of drink games but this he never done before.
”So if I count and you say stop and I was at, let’s say four, then it would be a… martini” Koki looked up and Jin was right number four was martini.
”Okey I get it, who’s gonna start?” Koki had now understood and he found it a bit funny.
Jin pointed at him and said, ”I will, and this drink I will give to Kazu-Chan” Jin smiled then said, ”Okey I’ll start… now” Jin nodded and Koki looked at him.
He waited a little longer then he said, ”Stop! What did you get?”
Jin looked at the list, ” I got 66” Jin searched thru the list and Koki looked too.
”Here it is, it’s called ’Kyoto’ and gin is included, perfect for Kazuya,” Jin ordered then turned to Koki, ” your turn, now the drink for Yuichi, tell me when you start count”
Koki nodded and said, ” Now” ’1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...’ Koki kept counting and counting then Jin said stop.
”What did you get?” Jin looked at him exited.
”78” Koki said while searching thru the list he found it pretty fast ” it’s called ’78 Camaro’ sounds good” Koki saw it had rum included so he thought that it probably would work out. Koki ordered and they started over. This time Jin got number 53 and that was a drink called ’Extremely Drunk’, Koki got 59 which was ’Purple Rain’.
They walked back to the table with the drinks and Koki saw Yuichi’s eyes grow wide when Koki putted the glass in front of him.
”Jin wanted to play a game, so the drinks are slumped chosen” Koki wondered how used Yuichi was to alcohol. But he felt calm in one way when everyone lifted their glasses and cheered.
After more weird drinks, Koki found himself dragging Yuichi to the dance floor. They went thru the crowd of people and stopped in the middle of the floor. Koki walked behind Yuichi and held him in his arms. Koki started to sway with the music and Yuichi followed his movement. After a while, he placed his hands on Yuichi’s hips. Yuichi had now let his head fall back so it was leaning against Koki’s shoulder. Koki gripped hard around Yuichi’s waist and he started to rock his hips against Yuichi’s ass.
Yuichi’s reply on Koki’s move made Koki gasp a little, Yuichi started to meet Koki’s hips and Koki found himself nearly moaning each time Yuichi’s ass bumped into his groin. Koki sat down and tried to calm down; when Yuichi’s hand landed on his shoulder.
”Koki, are you okey?” Yuichi looked concerned at Koki but all Koki could look at was Yuichi’s lips. Then he remembered the dream from the morning. Their lips had been fitting perfectly to each other.
Koki looked around in the room; he tried to think of other stuff then Yuichi’s lips. ”I’m fine just felt a bit dizzy” he answered Yuichi’s question and suddenly he felt Yuichi laying his head against his shoulder.
”Yuichi, are you okey?” Koki was still a little aroused from earlier but he was also caring for Yuichi.
”I’m fine, just a bit tired” Yuichi answered and ended with a yawn.
”Okey, tell me if you need to get home or something, I’ll follow you to the door if you want me to” Koki looked at Yuichi who was still lying on his shoulder with closed eyes.
”I’m fine but I need to go the toilet” Yuichi suddenly raised, a little unsteady and Koki found himself rise too.
”Koki I can go to the toilet on my own” Koki blushed and sat down again maybe he was too caring, ”Be careful,” Koki said, and then he watched Yuichi walk away.
Jin and Kazuya came back to Koki who was still alone at the table.
”Where’s Yuichi?” Kazuya looked around half drunk and half asleep, at least he looked like he was half asleep.
”He went for the toilet,” Koki said while looking at Jin and Kazuya who sat down.
Right after Koki said that sentence it was two guys who passed their table talking;
”I feel sorry for the guy,” the first one said.
”Yeah, he probably wont get out from the toilets without having a problem to walk afterwards” the second one chuckled lightly when the first one protested back, ”it’s not funny, do you know how often people get raped on clubs like that. We should have done something”
The second guy just huffed and answered, ” it’s as you say people often get raped and that poor thing had to be one of those people, nothing we can do”
It was by those words Koki flew up from his seat, he went after the two guys and grabbed the second one, who had been chuckling, and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt.
”Where did you say this guys was?” Koki hissed with greeted teeth at the guy in front of him.
”A-at the toilet” the guy stuttered out, looking like he was going to pee himself.
”And what did you say happened to him?” Koki asked again tightening his grip on the guy.
”T-there was some guys w-who was pecking on him and they pushed him up against the wall, I think they were going to do something to him”
”Fuck!” Koki shouted while letting go of the guy. He ran towards the toilets passing their own table on the way. Koki pushed the door open and he got furious from what he saw.
Two guys were holding Yuichi against the wall and one was standing in front of him. The guy in front of him was just about to lean against Yuichi’s lips when Koki burst in to the room and the guy turned around. He then just turned back to Yuichi, who was red in the eyes probably from crying and he was shivering, probably of fear.
”Koki!” Yuichi suddenly shouted out.
Koki looked strait at Yuichi, ”It’s okey, I’ll get you out of here”
The guy who was in front of Yuichi turned again, ”So he’s your little boy friend huh? Lucky you” he said while eyeing Yuichi up and down.
Koki thought of his promise once again, ”Yeah! He is my boyfriend so for your own sake you should let him go, now!” Koki shouted to the guy who nonchalantly turned Koki the back and faced Yuichi again.
Koki felt how his anger took over; he went strait for the guy in front of Yuichi. He grabbed him by the collar and hit him twice in the face then he elbowed him in the back. When that guy fell to the floor, one of the two who were holding Yuichi went towards Koki. Koki blocked easily the guys fist that was coming thru the air; he hit the guy in the stomach twice then in the face.
’two down, one left’ Koki thought while facing the guy who was still holding Yuichi. Koki walked closer to the guy and Yuichi ”Let” Koki took a step ”Him” Koki took another step ”Go”.
The guy let go of Yuichi and backed out from the room. Staring at Koki like he was insane. He didn’t mind, maybe he was insane but he was just protecting something very precious to him. Koki thought one more time of his own thought, ’ he was just protecting something very precious to him’. Maybe Yuichi was really special to him; he didn’t have more time to think when two arms flung around his neck.
”Koki, I’m so glad you’re here! I was so scared!” Yuichi started to cry in his arms. Koki held him close and petted his head. ”It’s okey now, I’m here”
When Koki heard one of the guys move he dragged Yuichi out from the toilet. They went back to the table where Jin and a very worried Kazuya was. Kazuya ran over to Yuichi and hugged him, ”OH MY GOD! ARE YOU OKEY?!”
Jin came from behind and schussed him, ”Kazuya don’t scream like that”
”I’m sorry I was so worried” Kazuya looked at Yuichi ”Thank god you have Koki” Kazuya paused then continued ”so romantic, Koki comes and save you from the bad-guys just like a hero” Kazuya turned to Jin ” Jin when will you do something like that for me?” Kazuya pouted.
”Whenever I need to, I will always be there for you” Kazuya flung his arms around Jin and kissed him deeply. Koki looked at the couple and suddenly he felt Yuichi bumping into him.
”Sorry, I was just backing away from…” Yuichi glanced over at Jin and Kame who had just separated from their kiss.
”Yuichi you should thank Koki with a kiss” Kazuya suddenly burst out.
Koki could see how Yuichi went pale in the face. Koki looked at Yuichi, he wanted to kiss him. But he didn’t know what Yuichi thought.
”Come on! Koki definitely deserves a kiss, doesn’t he” Kazuya glanced over at Koki.
Koki was just about to say something when he felt Yuichi’s lips on his cheek. He froze; he didn’t know what to do, where he was or who he was. Those soft lips were on his cheek. Koki felt how he started to smile. Yuichi was kissing him on the cheek. This night couldn’t be better.
Koki opened his eyes and came back to reality when Yuichi’s lips suddenly left his cheek. He looked over at Yuichi who was blushing madly.
”Only the cheek?” Kazuya questioned while wandering over to Yuichi, ”doesn’t he deserve a real kiss, on the lips?” Kazuya pushed Yuichi closer to Koki. Koki looked at Yuichi who couldn’t be redder now. Koki wouldn’t mind getting a kiss, but he didn’t want it to be here and he didn’t want it to be in this situation, and he didn’t want Yuichi to be forced to kiss him.
”Kazuya, stop it. I think Yuichi needs to get home after what happened, he’s probably tired aren’t you?” Koki looked at Yuichi who nodded quietly not looking back.
”Then I will get you home” Koki walked over to the table took Yuichi’s coat in his hand, then walking over to Yuichi. He gave the coat to Yuichi and laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulders bringing him to the exit door.
”See ya!” Koki waived without looking back at Jin and Kazuya who was standing like two question marks.
Yuichi and Koki’s part
On the way home to Yuichi’s apartment, they didn’t say anything. At the door to Yuichi’s apartment, Yuichi was first to talk.
”Koki, I’m really thankful for what you did” Yuichi looked up at Koki who was standing in front of him.
”You don’t need to thank me, I told you, and I promised to take care of you as my boyfriend tonight” Koki went quiet. He wanted to hug Yuichi, he wanted to tell him he would do anything for him, but he couldn’t.
Yuichi wanted to hug Koki, he wanted to ask him to stay over for the night and hold him in that safe embrace, but he couldn’t.
’Koki I wish I was brave enough to say it to you but, I don’t think I will ever be that strong’ Yuichi thought on his own, he suddenly felt so lonely.
”Well, I should go home then” Koki said, he glanced over one more time at Yuichi who looked down at the floor. Koki then turned and started to walk to the stairs.
Yuichi looked up and saw Koki walking towards the stairs. ’ I have to do something’ Yuichi stated in his mind then he went for action.
Koki stopped when Yuichi suddenly hugged him from behind.
’Pleas don’t do this Yuichi, it’s already hard to leave you’
”Yuichi is something wrong?” Koki asked nearly woodenly, trying to push his feeling aside.
’Pleas don’t do this Koki, it’s already hard to let you go’
”I just…” Yuichi silenced when Koki turned and looked at him.
’Say it Yuichi, ask me to stay, pleas’
”I just…” Yuichi tried again but he couldn’t get out the words.
’Ask me to stay, stay and protect you, pleas, ask me!’ Koki was screaming in his head hoping in some way that Yuichi would hear him.
Yuichi looked at Koki who stood there right in front of him, he was there he wasn’t leaving, he was waiting.
’ I have to ask’
’Yuichi, pleas ask me’
”Koki, pleas… stay here for tonight” Yuichi looked down at his shoes, he couldn’t look at Koki.
’you asked!’ Koki felt like jumping and screaming of happiness.
”Of course I will stay” Koki took one more step and closed the distance between his body and Yuichi’s. He took Yuichi in his arms, he was more then happy.
Yuichi looked surprised up when Koki suddenly hugged him. ’Koki I want to tell you something, but I don’t know how’
Koki kept Yuichi in his arms for a long time. ’Yuichi I want to tell you something, but I don’t know how’
Yuichi separated them and took Koki’s hand and led him in to the apartment. In the hallway, they both started to step out of their shoes. When Koki suddenly, lost his balance and he brought Yuichi with him in the fall. They landed on the floor, face to face, chest to chest, legs against legs.
’You’re so close to me, I don’t know if I can hold it anymore, Yuichi pleas understand what I want to say to you’ Koki looked at Yuichi who was lying on his chest.
Yuichi felt himself blushing. He looked away and tried to get up but then he felt Koki’s arms on his back pushing him back down.
Koki cupped Yuichi’s chin and led his face closer to his own. Yuichi blushed more and he gulped loudly.
Once again, he was so close to Yuichi’s soft lips and now there wasn’t any disturbing Kazuya, it was just the two of them.
Once again, he was so close to Koki that he could feel his breath on his lips, there was no Kazuya here, it was he and Koki.
Koki led Yuichi’s face even closer to his.
Now the moment came, the moment of finally feeling each other’s lips.
Yuichi thought he was dreaming he felt Koki’s lips on his own and he felt like melting. He loved the feeling, his heart was racing in his chest but he didn’t care, he loved it. He loved this. He loved Koki.
Koki couldn’t believe it; it was like the dream, their lips fitted perfectly. Yuichi’s soft lips against his, it was amazing, and the feeling was indescribable. He loved to feel Yuichi, he loved this moment, and yes, he loved Yuichi.
They separated for air and looked at each other. They both looked away a bit embarrassed, before getting up.
Like the other times Koki was first to get ready for bed and Yuichi the second. Yuichi came in to the room when Koki already was lying in the bed, like the other times he was just in boxers and the cover was at his waist uncovering the nicely formed upper body. Yuichi blushed while looking at Koki.
Yuichi walked over to the bed and laid down beside Koki; as usual, Yuichi was going to be lying on his side of the bed and Koki at his side, but no, not this time.
This time, Koki’s arm suddenly came around Yuichi’s body, turning him so they were facing each other. Koki didn’t even hesitate, he wanted to feel those lips again and he kissed Yuichi. Yuichi on the other hand, was shocked from this action; Koki’s kiss was at first gentle and caring but later turned out to demanding and hungry.
Yuichi felt himself melting to Koki’s kisses and touches. When Koki suddenly turned them over so he was on top Yuichi was again shocked. Koki’s weight was pushing him down to the madras and he nearly felt a bit scared between Koki’s body and the madras.
Koki kept kissing Yuichi and his hand started soon to wander down to Yuichi’s boxers. He wanted Yuichi more then ever, he wanted to feel him, he wanted to love him.
Yuichi’s half-drunk mind started to replay scenes from his childhood and he froze when he felt Koki’s hand on his boxers rim. Yuichi got a little scared and tried to push Koki away but he was too heavy.
”Koki, I’m scared,” Yuichi softly whispered at Koki’s neck.
Koki stopped when Yuichi said those words, ’ I’m scared’ somewhere in his mind his conscious was telling him to stop but his lust and burning body told him to move on. Somehow the body won over his conscious and he whispered back to Yuichi before moving again, ”It’s okey baby, I’ll be gentle”
~ Next morning ~
Yuichi woke up. He was alone in the bed, he was naked, he didn’t remember what had happened last night and he had a terrible headache. He looked around in the room. He started to get flashbacks of last night; when they were standing outside his apartment and he asked Koki to stay; when they fell in the hallway and they kissed for the first time; when he had gone to bed and suddenly Koki was kissing him and touching him, after that he didn’t remember much, it was totally blank.
Yuichi’s thoughts got broken when Koki walked in to the room. He smiled gently at Yuichi who was still confused from last night. Koki sat down at the bed and looked deep into Yuichi’s eyes.
’Yuichi pleas, forgive me, don’t hate me’
Koki took Yuichi’s hand in his and kissed it. Yuichi just looked a little confused, at Koki’s action but found it a little cute.
”Yuichi” Koki started and took the said man in his arms. ”I’m sorry about last night, I never wanted it to end like that, pleas forgive me!” Koki shouted out, holding Yuichi in his arms.
Yuichi was surprised and a bit scared, what was he talking about? It was then like a lightning, everything came back. He remembered how he had told Koki he was scared and the last words Koki had said to him before he… Yuichi stopped in his own head repeating the words, ’ it’s okay baby, I’ll be gentle’. Yuichi felt his eyes getting teary and then tears that were falling from his cheek.
’it can’t be true, pleas Koki don’t tell me it’s true’
Koki started to get worried, why didn’t Yuichi say anything? He gently let go of Yuichi and looked at his face. Koki felt his heart stop when he saw Yuichi’s face full of tears his whole body was screaming hurt. Koki felt panicking; he just saw the tears falling on Yuichi’s chin one after another.
Koki looked down he couldn’t bare it. Seeing somebody he loved being this sad, and yes, it was true he did love Yuichi, he never wanted to hurt him, never. ”I’m sorry,” Koki whispered without looking up.
Yuichi looked at Koki who was looking down. ’ He was apologizing, then it must be true.’ Yuichi felt everything in his life breaking into pieces. He loved Koki and he trusted him, he trusted him. Yuichi cried even more. Somebody who he loved so much had now become one of his nightmares.
Koki looked confused up when Yuichi suddenly went up from the bed taking the cover with him and went into the bathroom. Koki looked at the bed that was now empty, and saw something on the sheets he went closer and got even more panicked when he saw it was bloodstains. ’Oh my god, Yuichi’ Koki ran to the toilet door and knocked on it. ”Yuichi, I’m sorry, I truly am. Pleas open the door, I need to talk to you”
Yuichi was sitting on the bathroom floor shaking and crying having the covers around his body. He heard Koki; he heard the begging words of forgiveness. Still Yuichi didn’t know what to say. He was scared of Koki but at the same time he love him, he loved that safe embrace that only Koki had, but now felt not existing. He couldn’t think of anything else then asking Koki to leave.
Koki didn’t give up; he kept knocking and begging Yuichi to open and to forgive him. But with no results. After more begging and apologizing the door lock suddenly turned. Koki looked at the door, it didn’t open, he took the doorknob and opened the door. Yuichi was sitting on the floor, still crying. Koki went down on the floor and hugged Yuichi again, he felt hope from Yuichi when he opened the door but as fast as his arms got around Yuichi, his body stiffened.
’you haven’t forgiven me, have you?’
Yuichi got once again a bit scared but also he knew this was Koki, and this usually, was that safe embrace but now it was different. ”Koki, pleas…”
Koki tightened his embrace around Yuichi, he wanted to protect him but now he had to protect Yuichi form himself.
”Go. Pleas Koki, go” Yuichi sobbed at the end and turned his head away from Koki.
”I…” Koki knew he had now lost all of Yuichi’s trust. He slowly let go of Yuichi’s body, ”I’m sorry” he whispered as he went up from the floor.
Yuichi still didn’t look at Koki, but he heard as he went out to the hallway and just as Koki stepped out and turned to close the door, Yuichi turned his head and looked over at the door.
Koki stopped his movement and held the doorknob convulsive when he met Yuichi’s eyes.
None of them moved they just looked at each other. Yuichi felt his tears running down his cheeks. Koki felt his own tears coming.
”Bye, Koki” Yuichi said out to the air, he didn’t know if Koki heard him but he guessed he did cause he answered.
”Bye, Yuichi” Koki closed the door; he ran out on the street and kept running. He didn’t know where or how far, he was just running. At the same time, he could feel tears streaming down his cheeks and a terrible pain in his chest.
Meanwhile, in the apartment, Yuichi had now moved in to the shower. He was sitting on the floor letting the water stream over him, hoping it would stream away all the tears and the pain in his chest.

Summary: Ueda have been tricking Koki to go out with Yuichi, but to be honest Koki didn't mind... One problem, Yuichi didnt know about it, how will he react when he sees Koki instead of Ueda? and how will the, so called, "date" work out? will it go as they thought? read and see... (hehe a little better then the last time^^)
A/N: This time it's a long chapter and also it's more from Yuichi's p.o.v.
Yuichi’s part
He had been really surprised when Ueda called and told him he was skipping his training to meet him earlier because ever since Ueda started training boxing he’d never skipped a single training, sometimes he even went when he was sick. However, it was nice of him to skip it just to meet Yuichi earlier but he still found it suspicious.
Yuichi was walking down the street to his apartment were they promised to meet. He understood that Ueda was probably already there waiting for him. Ueda was often late when they were going to do something, but sometimes he was early because he wanted to use the mirror for at least a half an hour. Therefore, Yuichi was expecting him standing at his gate waiting.
Yuichi turned around a corner of the street and saw his gate and at the gate, there was a person but it wasn’t Ueda. Yuichi tried to see from his distance who it was but it was too far. Al tough he could see that the person was leaning against a wall, wearing a big grey hoodie and some dark blue jeans. He had pulled up the hood over his head so you couldn’t see the face, but you could see how he was nodding and tapping with the foot in time together, probably listening to music.
From Yuichi’s observations of this person he draw a conclusion; ’this guy is probably a friend of my neighbor’. Yuichi had a neighbor that he was sure of was a gangster in any kind of way. He had really weird people coming over, Yuichi often met them in the stairs, it was all from hookers, too people who looked like coming right from the Godfather movies. Yuichi was sure he was doing drugs and having some kind of contact to Yakuza’s. He tried never to speak to the neighbor, neither to his friends.
Yuichi passed the person staring down at the ground; he was just a bout to walk in thru the gate when a hand landed on his shoulder. Yuichi froze ’shit I knew it! It’s one of those gangsters I’ve met in the stairs! He’s probably gonna rob me!’
Yuichi stood totally in freeze, while thinking of hundred different things this person could dot to him, when the person spoke, ”Ignoring a person like that isn’t nice you know”
Now Yuichi was sure he was going to die. He had to do something and all he could think of was pleading for his life. Yuichi turned fast and bowed apologizing while pleading out words like ”pleas don’t kill me!” and ”I swear if you want my money I’ll give them to you! Just don’t kill me!” Yuichi was still bowing facing the street with closed eyes.
”What are you talking about, I’m not gonna kill you”
Now when Yuichi heard that warm voice and that soft laugh he realized who the person was. He looked up and saw Koki standing in front of him, smiling but looking a bit confused. Yuichi felt so relived that he flung his arms around Koki so he they nearly lost balance, saying, ”Thank god it’s you”.
Koki cleared his throat before saying, ”Yuichi I think it’s really nice of you to be so happy to see me but people is starting to look weirdly at us, maybe you should let go of me”
It was then Yuichi realized he was still on the street, still holding Koki. He let Koki go and looked embarrassed away, facing the door nearly whispering to Koki ”sorry”
”It’s fine nothing to bother about” Koki made that soft laughter again and Yuichi felt warm and he could feel how he was blushing. They both stepped in and walked up to Yuichi’s apartment. When Yuichi closed the door behind him and Koki, he remembered that he didn’t know what Koki was doing here.
”Koki, what are you doing here?” Yuichi asked while he stepped out of his shoes and walked in to his bedroom with Koki following him.
Koki laughed a little before replying to Yuichi’s question, ”I’m here to take you out for dinner”
Yuichi faced Koki who was leaning against the doorframe smiling at him. Yuichi didn’t understand, he was going to go out with Ueda and now Koki is standing in front of him saying that he’s here to take him out for dinner.
”Haven’t Ueda called you?” Koki was now looking confused at Yuichi.
”Yes” Yuichi nodded in reply, how did Koki know that?
”And he told you that he can’t come cause Junno is sick so he’s staying home to take care of him and he didn’t want you to eat all by yourself, so I decided to take you out for dinner when Ueda couldn’t”
Yuichi looked even more confused now. ”So you’re here to take me out for dinner because Ueda asked you to?”
Koki shook his head vigorously, ”No, I came here because I wanted to. Not because of Ueda, but you’re saying that he haven’t told you about this?”
”No he hasn’t” Yuichi shook his head.
”But he told me he was going to… anyway now when Ueda is busy, would you like to go out with me for dinner?” Koki held out his hand for Yuichi to grab it.
Yuichi looked at Koki he was still confused but he was actually happy that Koki was here instead of Ueda. Now when he thought about it, it nearly sound like a date. Is it a date? Maybe he can ask, no way he cannot ask that. Koki’s strait isn’t he, it can’t be a date.
”I understand that you maybe are disappointed, but I hope I can make it up to you since last time”
’Oh my god! He wants to make up for last time. What should I do? What should I do? Hug him and tell him that I don’t care and that I love to go for dinner with him… NO! What am I thinking?’
”Yuichi” Koki was now closer to him and was still holding his hand out.
Yuichi reached out to the hand and let his own land nicely in Koki’s, who grabbed it and pulled him closer to a hug. Yuichi got surprised but he felt that warm and save feeling he always felt in Koki’s arms, so he stayed there.
Once again it was Koki who broke the silence in the room, ”shall we go then?” he ended with a smile.
”I’m just gonna get my wallet” Yuichi let go of Koki and reached for his coat were the wallet was.
”Come on Yuichi I’m starving here!” Koki shouted from the hallway.
Yuichi was smiling for himself while walking out to the hallway. He went to Koki who grabbed his hand and they walked out thru the door, together, hand in hand.
Later Yuichi found himself sitting in a nice restaurant waiting for Koki who had gone for the bathroom. Why was this happening? He was not on a date but he was out eating with a great friend, a really great friend. A friend that was nice, warm, and good looking… no, no, no, and no! Not that, okey he is good looking but… just stop think about it! Yuichi was fighting with his thoughts when Koki suddenly came back and sat on the opposite place of him.
”Missed me?” Koki smiled at him and he felt warm seeing that smile.
”I was just thinking about…” Koki suddenly went pale in the face and he’s jaw fell to the ground.
”Koki what’s wrong?” Yuichi tried to talk to Koki but all he did was staring.
Yuichi turned and looked in the same direction as Koki, what he saw was two guys walking towards a table. The taller one was maybe a little shorter then himself, he had dark brown hair that was nicely flat with some small locks at the end curling up against a black hat. He looked pretty regular, some blue jeans, not too tight and not to big, a white t-shirt with some print on and a black jacket. The other guy was maybe in Koki’s height a little feminine in some way, maybe because he was so thin. The smaller had really dark brown hair or was it black, Yuichi couldn’t tell from the distance, the hair was also curling at the end, like the taller one but shorter. The smaller one had also pretty regular style but much more fitting clothes, the jeans was nearly slim fitted to his legs and the black, thin looking, cardigan he was wearing over a white small t-shirt was also nicely fitted to his body.
They was just about to sit down when the smaller one looked over at their table and started to waive with a big smile on his face, then walking towards them, and after his accompany who looked really confused.
The smaller one came towards Koki who had stood up and was still looking shocked but the mouth was now closed.
”Koki! I didn’t expect you here” the guy hugged Koki.
”Kazuya, what are you doing here?” Koki hugged the guy back still looking confused.
”I’m here with my boyfriend, we’re going to have dinner here, and you, are your date going on well?” The guy looked at Yuichi and then back at Koki with a smirk. ’Date? Was it a date? And who is this guy and how does he know Koki?’ Yuichi got more and more confused.
Koki looked at Yuichi ”This is Kazuya Kamenashi he’s family is very close to mine so we know each other from when we we’re kids” the guy named Kazuya bowed politely and took Yuichi’s hand.
”You must be Yuichi, it is so nice to meet you! I heard a lot about you” Yuichi was still confused but he couldn’t be rude. ”Nice to meet you too Kazuya” Yuichi stood up while shaking Kazuya’s hand.
Kazuya turned over to the other guy and tugged his arm, ”This is my boyfriend Jin Akanishi”
”As Kazu-Chan said I’m Jin, nice to meet you both” Jin shook hand with both Koki and Yuichi who exchanged glances with each other and thought probably the same. ’Kazu-Chan?’
”Jin don’t call me that when we’re out in public” Kazuya poked Jin’s chin then gave him a little kiss on it. Yuichi’s eyes got wide, ’so they are really a couple?’
”But Kazuya your hair, it’s black and it’s shorter, right?” Koki was now the one to speak.
”Yes I know, it was Jin’s idea actually. He thought it would be sexy on me” Kazuya looked at his boyfriend with a teasing smile on his face.
”Kazuya, not in public” Jin whispered to Kazuya who was laughing at Jin’s now, red chins.
This was really a strange couple but they both seemed nice. Yuichi thought that Kazuya must be a close friend to Koki if they knew each other since they were kids. Then Yuichi thought again of what Kazuya said earlier ’and you, are your date going on well?’ Is it a date? No but then did Kazuya say that? Suddenly Kazuya came with and idea.
”Hey, let us eat together! Like a double date!” then Jin filled in ”if not you want to be alone on your date of course, sometimes a couple needs their own time together right?” Jin took Kazuya in his arm and placed his hand nicely on his hip.
It was then it went clear to Yuichi, they thought they were a couple. Yuichi thought of object to the date and couple idea when Koki spoke.
”Well It’s kind of our first date, so if you wouldn’t mind” Koki made a apologetic face then he lightened up and said ” maybe we can see each other later, we we’re actually thinking about going out after the dinner so maybe we can meet up somewhere, plus were almost done with our dinner, right Yuichi” Koki laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulder smiling at the other couple. Yuichi nodded then Kazuya spoke, ”It’s fine really, we understand but let’s say we’ll catch each other later then” Jin took Kazuya with him and said goodbye.
Koki and Yuichi sat down at their table and Yuichi didn’t really know what was going on.
”Yuichi I’m sorry for lying about you and me being together, but if it’s okey with you, maybe we can just pretend for tonight that we are together and I totally understand if you think I’m crazy it’s just that I was going to meet Kazuya today but I canceled it because I wanted to be with you instead, so I said to him that I was going on a date and now he thinks that you are my date, which you’re not… I mean I know you’re strait so you wouldn’t like me in that way” Now Koki started to blush ”Anyway it was stupid of me to lie about you and me but if you wanna be my boyfriend for tonight I promise I will love you as you would be my real boyfriend, so do you wanna be my boyfriend?” Koki sat inhaling all air he lost of the long explanation. Yuichi was more then happy to hear those words, yes he may be strait but he would also anytime, pretend as Koki’s boyfriend if he asked him to.
”Of course I’ll be your boyfriend” ’ I said it, oh my god I said it!’
”You will?!” Koki asked looking really happy and exited.
”Yes, of course I will” Yuichi felt like being in a movie and he was the girl who just got asked out of the guy she always been in love with. Except that he wasn’t a girl, he haven’t been in love with Koki, and he wasn’t in love with him, so it was a big different, but still the feeling was the same.
”Oh my god I love you!” Koki shouted of happiness, the only problem was that he shouted so loud that the whole restaurant heard and everyone was now looking at them. They both looked at each other then burst out laughing.
After they were done with the dinner, they walked out from the restaurant to get some air. Yuichi got a bit surprised when Koki laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulder but he also felt so nice being there close to Koki. Yuichi looked up at Koki a little questioning and Koki took away his arm, ”Sorry I just…”
Yuichi felt it lonely and cold without Koki’s arm so he did something he never thought he would be brave enough to do. He took Koki’s arm and laid it over his shoulders, then he looked at Koki who first looked surprised then he smiled. Koki’s arm hugged Yuichi even closer and Yuichi felt nearly blushing of the closeness to Koki.
Suddenly Koki cupped Yuichi’s cheek and made him look right into Koki’s eyes. Yuichi gulped when he Koki got even closer, they were so close that Yuichi could feel Koki’s breath on his lips. Koki looked at him with so lovingly eyes, Yuichi thought he would faint right there on the spot. Then Koki came closer and closer… Yuichi had to close his eyes; he knew that soon he probably would feel Koki’s lips on his own.
Then in the same moment as Yuichi thought he would feel Koki’s lips, Kazuya’s voice suddenly was heard, ”Hey you two lovey-dovey over there!”
Yuichi opened his eyes and looked at the direction of the voice. Kazuya and Jin were walking towards them. Yuichi looked at Koki who now was just standing beside him, Koki’s arm was gone from his shoulders and his lips were also, so far away. Yuichi didn’t know why but at the moment, when he was in Koki’s arms he really wanted to feel those lips against his own. He felt himself blushing again from that thought when Kazuya and Jin were standing in front of them.
”Hi guys, are you ready to go out and make the town unsafe” Kazuya was really exited, Yuichi could tell from his jumping and clapping hands, he reminded a little of Ueda in some way.
”Kazuya calm down” Jin laid his hands on his boyfriends shoulders to prevent him from jumping again.
”Sorry I’m just so exited!”
”Fine then, where do you guys wanna go? I guess we should decide so this little party-princess can go and make the town unsafe” Jin chuckled a little then looking at Kazuya then back at Yuichi and Koki.
Koki was the one to answer the question, ” it doesn’t really matter, maybe you know some good places?” Koki made a gesture towards Jin who nodded back.
”I do, there is actually one club that is just a few blocks away, we could go there if you want to?” Jin looked at everybody and everyone was agreeing.
They started to walk; Jin took Kazuya under his arm and went strait forward. Yuichi went after, feeling alone from seeing the lovely couple in front of him and know that he would just walk there beside Koki.
Koki’s part
Yuichi went after Kazuya and Jin, who was having his arm over Kazuya’s shoulders. They looked really like a couple. Koki looked at Yuichi who walked alone behind them, ’I promised you’ Koki thought in his mind of how he promised Yuichi to love him as if he was his real boyfriend.
Koki went to Yuichi’s side and hugged him from behind. Yuichi stopped and Koki turned him around, ”Do you think I’m just gonna let you go like that, remember you’re my boyfriend” He held out his hand to Yuichi. Yuichi looked at him and then Koki saw how he started to blush. He was so cute when he blushed. Yuichi took his hand and they walked hand in hand.
They finally reached a club when Jin turned around, ”Here it is! Shall we” he opened the door for Kazuya, who giggled and walked in thanking Jin for holding up the door. Koki felt he couldn’t be worse, so he went for the door and opened it for Yuichi, who smiled at him and walked in. Koki followed Yuichi thru the door; when he got in, he found Yuichi following Jin and Kazuya who walked over to a free table.
They all sat down and Koki started to look around. The room was pretty dark, the light was in green and blue, but on the dance floor, it looked like a sea of colors that was dancing together with all the people there. The music from the dance floor was in perfect volume to talk but still enough to have like background music. It smelled alcohol from different drinks and smoke from cigarettes.
”So what are you gonna drink?” Jin was the one to ask.
”I’ll take a Jin and tonic” Kazuya smiled at Jin who shook his head.
”Sure honey, but you guys what do you want?” Jin looked over at Koki and Yuichi.
Koki looked at Yuichi ”what do you want?”
Yuichi looked like thinking then he looked up at Koki and said, ”Surprise me”
Koki nodded back then looked at Jin who was standing, ”I’ll come with you” Koki moved from his seat beside Yuichi and walked away.
At the bar Jin faced Koki, ”hey I got an idea” Jin paused, ” Let’s do a little game, shall we?”
Koki just nodded. Jin started to explain, ”Look at the drink list” Koki looked where Jin pointed. It was at least hundreds of different drinks if not more.
”See it” Jin asked and Koki nodded, ”Good, now I will start count in my head quietly and when you say stop, the number I’m on, that drink it will be. Do you get it?” Koki looked at Jin, of course he had been doing different kinds of drink games but this he never done before.
”So if I count and you say stop and I was at, let’s say four, then it would be a… martini” Koki looked up and Jin was right number four was martini.
”Okey I get it, who’s gonna start?” Koki had now understood and he found it a bit funny.
Jin pointed at him and said, ”I will, and this drink I will give to Kazu-Chan” Jin smiled then said, ”Okey I’ll start… now” Jin nodded and Koki looked at him.
He waited a little longer then he said, ”Stop! What did you get?”
Jin looked at the list, ” I got 66” Jin searched thru the list and Koki looked too.
”Here it is, it’s called ’Kyoto’ and gin is included, perfect for Kazuya,” Jin ordered then turned to Koki, ” your turn, now the drink for Yuichi, tell me when you start count”
Koki nodded and said, ” Now” ’1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7...’ Koki kept counting and counting then Jin said stop.
”What did you get?” Jin looked at him exited.
”78” Koki said while searching thru the list he found it pretty fast ” it’s called ’78 Camaro’ sounds good” Koki saw it had rum included so he thought that it probably would work out. Koki ordered and they started over. This time Jin got number 53 and that was a drink called ’Extremely Drunk’, Koki got 59 which was ’Purple Rain’.
They walked back to the table with the drinks and Koki saw Yuichi’s eyes grow wide when Koki putted the glass in front of him.
”Jin wanted to play a game, so the drinks are slumped chosen” Koki wondered how used Yuichi was to alcohol. But he felt calm in one way when everyone lifted their glasses and cheered.
After more weird drinks, Koki found himself dragging Yuichi to the dance floor. They went thru the crowd of people and stopped in the middle of the floor. Koki walked behind Yuichi and held him in his arms. Koki started to sway with the music and Yuichi followed his movement. After a while, he placed his hands on Yuichi’s hips. Yuichi had now let his head fall back so it was leaning against Koki’s shoulder. Koki gripped hard around Yuichi’s waist and he started to rock his hips against Yuichi’s ass.
Yuichi’s reply on Koki’s move made Koki gasp a little, Yuichi started to meet Koki’s hips and Koki found himself nearly moaning each time Yuichi’s ass bumped into his groin. Koki looked around in the room; he tried to think of other stuff then Yuichi’s lips. ”I’m fine just felt a bit dizzy” he answered Yuichi’s question and suddenly he felt Yuichi laying his head against his shoulder.
”Yuichi, are you okey?” Koki was still a little aroused from earlier but he was also caring for Yuichi.
”I’m fine, just a bit tired” Yuichi answered and ended with a yawn.
”Okey, tell me if you need to get home or something, I’ll follow you to the door if you want me to” Koki looked at Yuichi who was still lying on his shoulder with closed eyes.
”I’m fine but I need to go the toilet” Yuichi suddenly raised, a little unsteady and Koki found himself rise too.
”Koki I can go to the toilet on my own” Koki blushed and sat down again maybe he was too caring, ”Be careful,” Koki said, and then he watched Yuichi walk away.
Jin and Kazuya came back to Koki who was still alone at the table.
”Where’s Yuichi?” Kazuya looked around half drunk and half asleep, at least he looked like he was half asleep.
”He went for the toilet,” Koki said while looking at Jin and Kazuya who sat down.
Right after Koki said that sentence it was two guys who passed their table talking;
”I feel sorry for the guy,” the first one said.
”Yeah, he probably wont get out from the toilets without having a problem to walk afterwards” the second one chuckled lightly when the first one protested back, ”it’s not funny, do you know how often people get raped on clubs like that. We should have done something”
The second guy just huffed and answered, ” it’s as you say people often get raped and that poor thing had to be one of those people, nothing we can do”
It was by those words Koki flew up from his seat, he went after the two guys and grabbed the second one, who had been chuckling, and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt.
”Where did you say this guys was?” Koki hissed with greeted teeth at the guy in front of him.
”A-at the toilet” the guy stuttered out, looking like he was going to pee himself.
”And what did you say happened to him?” Koki asked again tightening his grip on the guy.
”T-there was some guys w-who was pecking on him and they pushed him up against the wall, I think they were going to do something to him”
”Fuck!” Koki shouted while letting go of the guy. He ran towards the toilets passing their own table on the way. Koki pushed the door open and he got furious from what he saw.
Two guys were holding Yuichi against the wall and one was standing in front of him. The guy in front of him was just about to lean against Yuichi’s lips when Koki burst in to the room and the guy turned around. He then just turned back to Yuichi, who was red in the eyes probably from crying and he was shivering, probably of fear.
”Koki!” Yuichi suddenly shouted out.
Koki looked strait at Yuichi, ”It’s okey, I’ll get you out of here”
The guy who was in front of Yuichi turned again, ”So he’s your little boy friend huh? Lucky you” he said while eyeing Yuichi up and down.
Koki thought of his promise once again, ”Yeah! He is my boyfriend so for your own sake you should let him go, now!” Koki shouted to the guy who nonchalantly turned Koki the back and faced Yuichi again.
Koki felt how his anger took over; he went strait for the guy in front of Yuichi. He grabbed him by the collar and hit him twice in the face then he elbowed him in the back. When that guy fell to the floor, one of the two who were holding Yuichi went towards Koki. Koki blocked easily the guys fist that was coming thru the air; he hit the guy in the stomach twice then in the face.
’two down, one left’ Koki thought while facing the guy who was still holding Yuichi. Koki walked closer to the guy and Yuichi ”Let” Koki took a step ”Him” Koki took another step ”Go”.
The guy let go of Yuichi and backed out from the room. Staring at Koki like he was insane. He didn’t mind, maybe he was insane but he was just protecting something very precious to him. Koki thought one more time of his own thought, ’ he was just protecting something very precious to him’. Maybe Yuichi was really special to him; he didn’t have more time to think when two arms flung around his neck.
”Koki, I’m so glad you’re here! I was so scared!” Yuichi started to cry in his arms. Koki held him close and petted his head. ”It’s okey now, I’m here”
When Koki heard one of the guys move he dragged Yuichi out from the toilet. They went back to the table where Jin and a very worried Kazuya was. Kazuya ran over to Yuichi and hugged him, ”OH MY GOD! ARE YOU OKEY?!”
Jin came from behind and schussed him, ”Kazuya don’t scream like that”
”I’m sorry I was so worried” Kazuya looked at Yuichi ”Thank god you have Koki” Kazuya paused then continued ”so romantic, Koki comes and save you from the bad-guys just like a hero” Kazuya turned to Jin ” Jin when will you do something like that for me?” Kazuya pouted.
”Whenever I need to, I will always be there for you” Kazuya flung his arms around Jin and kissed him deeply. Koki looked at the couple and suddenly he felt Yuichi bumping into him.
”Sorry, I was just backing away from…” Yuichi glanced over at Jin and Kame who had just separated from their kiss.
”Yuichi you should thank Koki with a kiss” Kazuya suddenly burst out.
Koki could see how Yuichi went pale in the face. Koki looked at Yuichi, he wanted to kiss him. But he didn’t know what Yuichi thought.
”Come on! Koki definitely deserves a kiss, doesn’t he” Kazuya glanced over at Koki.
Koki was just about to say something when he felt Yuichi’s lips on his cheek. He froze; he didn’t know what to do, where he was or who he was. Those soft lips were on his cheek. Koki felt how he started to smile. Yuichi was kissing him on the cheek. This night couldn’t be better.
Koki opened his eyes and came back to reality when Yuichi’s lips suddenly left his cheek. He looked over at Yuichi who was blushing madly.
”Only the cheek?” Kazuya questioned while wandering over to Yuichi, ”doesn’t he deserve a real kiss, on the lips?” Kazuya pushed Yuichi closer to Koki. Koki looked at Yuichi who couldn’t be redder now. Koki wouldn’t mind getting a kiss, but he didn’t want it to be here and he didn’t want it to be in this situation, and he didn’t want Yuichi to be forced to kiss him.
”Kazuya, stop it. I think Yuichi needs to get home after what happened, he’s probably tired aren’t you?” Koki looked at Yuichi who nodded quietly not looking back.
”Then I will get you home” Koki walked over to the table took Yuichi’s coat in his hand, then walking over to Yuichi. He gave the coat to Yuichi and laid his arm over Yuichi’s shoulders bringing him to the exit door.
”See ya!” Koki waived without looking back at Jin and Kazuya who was standing like two question marks.
Yuichi and Koki’s part
On the way home to Yuichi’s apartment, they didn’t say anything. At the door to Yuichi’s apartment, Yuichi was first to talk.
”Koki, I’m really thankful for what you did” Yuichi looked up at Koki who was standing in front of him.
”You don’t need to thank me, I told you, and I promised to take care of you as my boyfriend tonight” Koki went quiet. He wanted to hug Yuichi, he wanted to tell him he would do anything for him, but he couldn’t.
Yuichi wanted to hug Koki, he wanted to ask him to stay over for the night and hold him in that safe embrace, but he couldn’t.
’Koki I wish I was brave enough to say it to you but, I don’t think I will ever be that strong’ Yuichi thought on his own, he suddenly felt so lonely.
”Well, I should go home then” Koki said, he glanced over one more time at Yuichi who looked down at the floor. Koki then turned and started to walk to the stairs.
Yuichi looked up and saw Koki walking towards the stairs. ’ I have to do something’ Yuichi stated in his mind then he went for action.
Koki stopped when Yuichi suddenly hugged him from behind.
’Pleas don’t do this Yuichi, it’s already hard to leave you’
”Yuichi is something wrong?” Koki asked nearly woodenly, trying to push his feeling aside.
’Pleas don’t do this Koki, it’s already hard to let you go’
”I just…” Yuichi silenced when Koki turned and looked at him.
’Say it Yuichi, ask me to stay, pleas’
”I just…” Yuichi tried again but he couldn’t get out the words.
’Ask me to stay, stay and protect you, pleas, ask me!’ Koki was screaming in his head hoping in some way that Yuichi would hear him.
Yuichi looked at Koki who stood there right in front of him, he was there he wasn’t leaving, he was waiting.
’ I have to ask’
’Yuichi, pleas ask me’
”Koki, pleas… stay here for tonight” Yuichi looked down at his shoes, he couldn’t look at Koki.
’you asked!’ Koki felt like jumping and screaming of happiness.
”Of course I will stay” Koki took one more step and closed the distance between his body and Yuichi’s. He took Yuichi in his arms, he was more then happy.
Yuichi looked surprised up when Koki suddenly hugged him. ’Koki I want to tell you something, but I don’t know how’
Koki kept Yuichi in his arms for a long time. ’Yuichi I want to tell you something, but I don’t know how’
Yuichi separated them and took Koki’s hand and led him in to the apartment. In the hallway, they both started to step out of their shoes. When Koki suddenly, lost his balance and he brought Yuichi with him in the fall. They landed on the floor, face to face, chest to chest, legs against legs.
’You’re so close to me, I don’t know if I can hold it anymore, Yuichi pleas understand what I want to say to you’ Koki looked at Yuichi who was lying on his chest.
Yuichi felt himself blushing. He looked away and tried to get up but then he felt Koki’s arms on his back pushing him back down.
Koki cupped Yuichi’s chin and led his face closer to his own. Yuichi blushed more and he gulped loudly.
Once again, he was so close to Yuichi’s soft lips and now there wasn’t any disturbing Kazuya, it was just the two of them.
Once again, he was so close to Koki that he could feel his breath on his lips, there was no Kazuya here, it was he and Koki.
Koki led Yuichi’s face even closer to his.
Now the moment came, the moment of finally feeling each other’s lips.
Yuichi thought he was dreaming he felt Koki’s lips on his own and he felt like melting. He loved the feeling, his heart was racing in his chest but he didn’t care, he loved it. He loved this. He loved Koki.
Koki couldn’t believe it; it was like the dream, their lips fitted perfectly. Yuichi’s soft lips against his, it was amazing, and the feeling was indescribable. He loved to feel Yuichi, he loved this moment, and yes, he loved Yuichi.
They separated for air and looked at each other. They both looked away a bit embarrassed, before getting up.
Like the other times Koki was first to get ready for bed and Yuichi the second. Yuichi came in to the room when Koki already was lying in the bed, like the other times he was just in boxers and the cover was at his waist uncovering the nicely formed upper body. Yuichi blushed while looking at Koki.
Yuichi walked over to the bed and laid down beside Koki; as usual, Yuichi was going to be lying on his side of the bed and Koki at his side, but no, not this time.
This time, Koki’s arm suddenly came around Yuichi’s body, turning him so they were facing each other. Koki didn’t even hesitate, he wanted to feel those lips again and he kissed Yuichi. Yuichi on the other hand, was shocked from this action; Koki’s kiss was at first gentle and caring but later turned out to demanding and hungry.
Yuichi felt himself melting to Koki’s kisses and touches. When Koki suddenly turned them over so he was on top Yuichi was again shocked. Koki’s weight was pushing him down to the madras and he nearly felt a bit scared between Koki’s body and the madras.
Koki kept kissing Yuichi and his hand started soon to wander down to Yuichi’s boxers. He wanted Yuichi more then ever, he wanted to feel him, he wanted to love him.
Yuichi’s half-drunk mind started to replay scenes from his childhood and he froze when he felt Koki’s hand on his boxers rim. Yuichi got a little scared and tried to push Koki away but he was too heavy.
”Koki, I’m scared,” Yuichi softly whispered at Koki’s neck.
Koki stopped when Yuichi said those words, ’ I’m scared’ somewhere in his mind his conscious was telling him to stop but his lust and burning body told him to move on. Somehow the body won over his conscious and he whispered back to Yuichi before moving again, ”It’s okey baby, I’ll be gentle”
~ Next morning ~
Yuichi woke up. He was alone in the bed, he was naked, he didn’t remember what had happened last night and he had a terrible headache. He looked around in the room. He started to get flashbacks of last night; when they were standing outside his apartment and he asked Koki to stay; when they fell in the hallway and they kissed for the first time; when he had gone to bed and suddenly Koki was kissing him and touching him, after that he didn’t remember much, it was totally blank.
Yuichi’s thoughts got broken when Koki walked in to the room. He smiled gently at Yuichi who was still confused from last night. Koki sat down at the bed and looked deep into Yuichi’s eyes.
’Yuichi pleas, forgive me, don’t hate me’
Koki took Yuichi’s hand in his and kissed it. Yuichi just looked a little confused, at Koki’s action but found it a little cute.
”Yuichi” Koki started and took the said man in his arms. ”I’m sorry about last night, I never wanted it to end like that, pleas forgive me!” Koki shouted out, holding Yuichi in his arms.
Yuichi was surprised and a bit scared, what was he talking about? It was then like a lightning, everything came back. He remembered how he had told Koki he was scared and the last words Koki had said to him before he… Yuichi stopped in his own head repeating the words, ’ it’s okay baby, I’ll be gentle’. Yuichi felt his eyes getting teary and then tears that were falling from his cheek.
’it can’t be true, pleas Koki don’t tell me it’s true’
Koki started to get worried, why didn’t Yuichi say anything? He gently let go of Yuichi and looked at his face. Koki felt his heart stop when he saw Yuichi’s face full of tears his whole body was screaming hurt. Koki felt panicking; he just saw the tears falling on Yuichi’s chin one after another.
Koki looked down he couldn’t bare it. Seeing somebody he loved being this sad, and yes, it was true he did love Yuichi, he never wanted to hurt him, never. ”I’m sorry,” Koki whispered without looking up.
Yuichi looked at Koki who was looking down. ’ He was apologizing, then it must be true.’ Yuichi felt everything in his life breaking into pieces. He loved Koki and he trusted him, he trusted him. Yuichi cried even more. Somebody who he loved so much had now become one of his nightmares.
Koki looked confused up when Yuichi suddenly went up from the bed taking the cover with him and went into the bathroom. Koki looked at the bed that was now empty, and saw something on the sheets he went closer and got even more panicked when he saw it was bloodstains. ’Oh my god, Yuichi’ Koki ran to the toilet door and knocked on it. ”Yuichi, I’m sorry, I truly am. Pleas open the door, I need to talk to you”
Yuichi was sitting on the bathroom floor shaking and crying having the covers around his body. He heard Koki; he heard the begging words of forgiveness. Still Yuichi didn’t know what to say. He was scared of Koki but at the same time he love him, he loved that safe embrace that only Koki had, but now felt not existing. He couldn’t think of anything else then asking Koki to leave.
Koki didn’t give up; he kept knocking and begging Yuichi to open and to forgive him. But with no results. After more begging and apologizing the door lock suddenly turned. Koki looked at the door, it didn’t open, he took the doorknob and opened the door. Yuichi was sitting on the floor, still crying. Koki went down on the floor and hugged Yuichi again, he felt hope from Yuichi when he opened the door but as fast as his arms got around Yuichi, his body stiffened.
’you haven’t forgiven me, have you?’
Yuichi got once again a bit scared but also he knew this was Koki, and this usually, was that safe embrace but now it was different. ”Koki, pleas…”
Koki tightened his embrace around Yuichi, he wanted to protect him but now he had to protect Yuichi form himself.
”Go. Pleas Koki, go” Yuichi sobbed at the end and turned his head away from Koki.
”I…” Koki knew he had now lost all of Yuichi’s trust. He slowly let go of Yuichi’s body, ”I’m sorry” he whispered as he went up from the floor.
Yuichi still didn’t look at Koki, but he heard as he went out to the hallway and just as Koki stepped out and turned to close the door, Yuichi turned his head and looked over at the door.
Koki stopped his movement and held the doorknob convulsive when he met Yuichi’s eyes.
None of them moved they just looked at each other. Yuichi felt his tears running down his cheeks. Koki felt his own tears coming.
”Bye, Koki” Yuichi said out to the air, he didn’t know if Koki heard him but he guessed he did cause he answered.
”Bye, Yuichi” Koki closed the door; he ran out on the street and kept running. He didn’t know where or how far, he was just running. At the same time, he could feel tears streaming down his cheeks and a terrible pain in his chest.
Meanwhile, in the apartment, Yuichi had now moved in to the shower. He was sitting on the floor letting the water stream over him, hoping it would stream away all the tears and the pain in his chest.
