Had my advising appointment today. Going to take Intermediate Latin (meh), Plato's Middle Dialogues (translating from the Greek), Fiction Writing Workshop (yay!), History of the English Language (hopefully yay!), and American Literary Tradition (blah) next semester. I may change my mind about American Lit. I don't know.
I think I'm most excited about the workshop. I've been taking too many Classics classes lately, and I want to write and be critiqued again. I like the idea of translation classes, but I'm not a huge fan of Plato. My advisor suggested I take it so I don't get too out of practice. On the bright side, I'm only a few hours away from finishing my Literature minor.
