Heather, can't wait to have you vist sf. Every day has been a little teeny piece of a dream.
ex. 1: EARL...best potential landlord ever. He is a big black man who will obviously solve all of my problems. He lives at 18th and lexington. I want to live my life as his neighbor.
ex. 2: I've finally been SLEEPING! Goodbye 3-4 hour naps, WELCOME genuine, actual sleep.
ex. 3: Proximity and friendship. I am always near friends. always always always. This city is a mere 7miles by 7 miles. amazing.
ex. 4: Karen
ex. 5: a certain lovely distraction who experiences "typical" days. In turn, my days are made much less typical.
ex. 6: the beatles. (and riding yr bike down the street singing "happy just to dance with you" to your good friend on your cell phone).

ex. 7: fitting yourself into a home. finding something that suits you spatially. The flat/apartment hunt is tough, but it's pretty exciting to see what people have built/have fit themselves into for years. I must find the perfect space (in EIGHT days!).
