Whats new?
Well.. Maya celebrated her 2nd birthday on July 7th... we had a house full of people for it rained... mental note... invite less people for they all might just come!... lol.. Maya is awsome... She grows so fast... talking and becoming her own little person.... some of the so called terrible two stuff... but that is to be expected from a growing girl right!
Jim is well.... always looking for a new job but not lucking out..... so sucks to be stuck.... not that his job isnt cushy.. just understimulating and unapreciative of his work... He turns 34 on the 11th!!!!!... Time is so flying.. when does life slow down?
I am well.... managing well with the house full of kids during the week and while struggling through the first 3 months of pregnancy... We hit 3 months on the 18th.. we have lucked out and were able to get midwives... we are looking at a home birth.... hopefully I will be healthy as will baby and we will have a pleasent home birth experience.. If not then Trillium Hospital will be our secind choice .. unless the midwives know of any secret birthig centers.. Are there any in Ontario?
Grove issues have been playing out and difficult to manage emotionally for me ... Its hard to see the grove spliting and clashing.... its so hard.... I am hormonal and find the added stress and worry a bit much on top of my chaotic kids etc....
My mom is dealing with stress due to finding she has cancer of the uterin lining... the surgen that is going to perform the hysterectamy (sp?) says that if the cancer has covered 50% or more of her uterin lining then she will need to get chemo therapy as well.... I am just thankful that she can be treated ... let this be a lesson to all women!!!!!.. get your paps done... do your breast checks.... My mom was lucky she was diagnosed with stage one cancer only after not following her yearly checks...
We got a new kitten.. Lola.. she is a spicey as her name.. so loving and cuddly too.... excellent with the kids.. even Riley the 10 month old that is very much still learning to be gentle.... What a great kitty.... She is just over 12 weeks now.... a Torti-calico type cat... she looks like her face is masked on one side for half is dark and the other is light.... She is so awsoem she even lets us trim her nails with little issues.. just gotta get her in a cuddly mood...
Found out that the 29th is Toddler Day at the Zoo in Toronto!!!!.. Robert Munch will be there!!!!!!!!!... We are so going!!!!!
Otherwise not much else is new... growing belly and family.... busy life... looking forward to a calmer more relaxed fall and winter....
