I'm so tired of my job.
Scratch that.
I'm tired of dealing with a manager that a) has no idea how to manage people, b) has no respect for the job, and c) has no respect for me.
I've applied to three jobs through careerbuilder. I'm really really hoping that one of them calls me back this week.
I just need something new - something that will grow me.
I'm not scared to move on anymore.
I need this change.
I pray that this is the door, and that I don't have to wait for another one.
