I'll never get over this song! It's just so... beautiful. And awakes such nice magical memories... And the story is heartbreaking.
Basically and badly translated it's about a wolf and a girl meeting in the forest, and the wolf tells her that he wants her but she's not so sure about it. But finally she tells him that sure, if he's faithful and never will want someone else. And the wolf takes her hand and tells her that wolf-love is true.
So she sits on his back and they goes back to his den. And they play and dance and 'their wolf-hearts melt together and they burn' (bad bad translation but that's as close as I can get it for now XD).
And spring arrives and they go hunting together. And summer comes and he's still by her side like he promised. But for the girl the time is up, her heart isn't burning anymore so she flees to find another man.
When the wolf get to know about it he runs out, crying. And the men could hear his broken hearted cry. So the girl tells her new man to ride away as fast as he can. But the horse is not fast enough after all, the wolf gets the man.
But the girl knew that wolves are scared of flames, so she puts the whole village on fire, and all the men fled. But the wolf won't flee, so the fire takes them both. Together they got their last adventure, and burned once more. A fire's kiss and then everything went silent, but that silence is witness that wolf-love is true.
Together they met death and got the chance to burn out, and in the pain of flames they finally found each other again.
