authenticating
I wanted to uh... peruse more of the sale between now and new years on Steam. I also wanted to hook up windows live messenger and look at sites like the crackbook.
I've managed to get most of the sites to accept me even though I'm a province over to the left. Facebook did it's freak out thing, Livejournal didn't even sneeze and the new Windows Live Messenger is the devil (bastard mix between twitter and FB? whut?) but I managed to sign in today.
I even managed to buy a couple more games that I won't be able to play till Dec 31. Then I went to gift another game and Mastercard refused... I think they might have freaked out between purchases.
Now I can't do what I intended until I hear back from Valve... Which will be after a couple days worth of sales.
I didn't intend to log on to webmail to do this correspondence but I did.
So Merry Christmas all, hopefully this won't be the last you hear from me for a week, but we'll see.
