(Great Expectations)
I had a really good Halloween.
We started the night off with an Inksmith dinner/meeting at Wasabi, and I met Eric Inksmith for the first time. He's definetly just how I imagined him, but, surprisingly, with less tattoos. The food was good, and I managed to almost bust my ass when my traction lacking heels slid on the tile. Reaaal cute. From that I then insisted Christian walk me(on his arm) to the the buffet and later to the bathroom, which I'm sure the little old Chinese waitresses took as old world chivalry telling by their huge grins.
We made our way back here a few hours later, and changed into costume. I was Cheryl from Evil Dead (complete with vines 'round the ankles) and Christian was Ash. We were both niiice and bloody, him complete with shotgun(Evil Dead 1, damnit!). We then stopped by Rod's for awhile, and departed when most of the party decided to go the strip club. I have been to one before, and I honestly have yet to see the fascination. Thank shit Christian hates them(no, really, he does.) 138 was a lot better than I initially thought they would be, despite hearing good things about them. I did, of course, have huge expectations for them, the Misfits being my ALL TIME FAVORITE fuckING BAND. Home and in bed by 2, up and at work by 9, which was just such a blast.
I need to work on getting back on the ball for school, I've been letting myself fall behind a lot more recently, and it's silly to start slipping when there's only a month left(!!!!). Oh, but if I maintain my current grades...I think I will shit my pants with joy(I KNOW my mom will).
Baltimore is a week from Thursday(,Fal) and I cannot wait! The weather is going to be amazing (lately, in the 40s in the evening) and I just remember what D.C. looked like last year when I went around the same time. Everything was red, and orange versus Florida brown, and darker brown, and I get to see everything in between this time. I think I'm looking forward to Virginia and the Carolinas the most. Baltimore is just amazing all the time anyways. That Thursday also means that I will be rewarding myself for completing 2 awesome papers due in both my English classes the two days prior. Good Grief I'm going to make myself FUCKing earn it!!

Oh, and last minute: Give me a name of an album(that perhaps I don't already have) to find for some easy listening on the way to Baltimore! It's a really long drive and I'm always up for some new stuff(stand up, spoken word, ect).
