Damn you, SMOG!
So I'm reading the liner notes of John Mayer's latest album Continuum and stumple upon this:
"Thank you Jeri and Glen from SMOG Design"
WHAT?!?!?! Ok...1) SMOG is literally down the street from me. 2) Glen is a friend of my packaging professor and spoke to our class once. I wonder if they worked directly w/John. If they did, I must kill myself. I've always wanted to work for/with them - they're in the area, they work with music, one of the founders, Jeri, was featured in Step In Design magazine for being one of the top female designers of our time. I wonder if they designed Heavier Things. Maybe I could work for them one day - I'm definitely gaining the print experience here at Asylum.
Kickboxing was beyond excellent last night! The music was good, and we weren't doing crazy combos. It was easy enough that did everything instead of half.
I was at a presscheck at 730 this morning. I need to be better at those.
