negative externalities
it is inexcusable to express negativity to anyone who doesnt deserve it. everyone does this and i want to make an effort not to be mean to others when im in a bad mood. sometimes customers at work bring in their problems and are rude to me because the store doesnt carry what they are looking for, or their cash change is wrinkled, or the pharmacy has already closed. sometimes friends are unfriendly because they have issues in their life that they cant control. sometimes i explode in front of my family because i feel stressed or past my breaking point. no hay ningun excusa. its not really that hard to put aside my problems and be nice, but it does require a concisous decision to do so.
