Yet another fab night out!
Seriously, when will the madness end?! Last night was AWESOME! Hell, even this bitch of a hangover I've got is worth it! Lesson learnt: The best nights out are the ones that aren't planned! Was meant to go out for dinner with some friends and then out to a club but when it came down to it I really didn't want to go so...I kinda' ditched them. Then I was bored and my friend Tamara rang me and was like "Hon, you are NOT staying in on a Thursday night!" so her and Liz came round and dragged me out...which, now, I'm ever so grateful for! So we went out for a coffee to Shakespeare and Co. (one of my favourite Cafes in Dubai)and then went and met a few other people for drinks at The Uptown Bar in the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. DAMN that place is classy as hell! I mean, it's posh even by Dubai standards and my god did I feel underdressed! Anyway, a hit of Jack and a glass of what was probably the best white wine I've ever tasted we decided to go hit up a club. It was a toss up between Trilogy and Harem (or "Le Harem" as they insisted on naming it...and yes, I know, who comes up with this shit?!), but Tamara was feeling particularly patriotic and decided I just had to have a taste of a little piece of Lebanon so...Harem it was. Apparently that place even smells of Lebanon...which is a little creepy actually...but it was SO good! Seriously, first Arabic nightclub I've been to and after last night definately won't be the last! Those people really know how to party, and we all know I love to shake my ass with the best of them! I'm not kidding, I am actually in love with that place even though, like I said, it's not as beautifully decorated as some of the clubs here - the atmosphere is mind-blowing! I...almost don't want to go back to England! ALMOST. But not quite. x
