You've got to be fucking kidding me!
Seriously...it's times like this I'm glad I'm single. TWO of my closest friends, that's right TWO rang me up crying their eyes out this evening. Why? Because their boyfriends are asses! I don't think I can express how much it kills me to see my friends upset and how much I want to beat the crap out of those stupid boys for hurting them! One of the boyfriends had taken to being a complete dickhead to my friend, and had basically just ignored her and pretending she didn't exist for the last three days, this, although completely out of order, was still slightly okay, I could deal with that and I just gave her lots of cuddles, made her listen to some girl power music and am taking her out to dinner tonight. The OTHER, however, decided to try to fucking STRANGLE my friend. Yes, that's right, they had a fight so he grabbed her by the throat and pinned her up against the wall - and this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I refuse to EVER go out with an Arab man. Anyway Girl#2 has now broken up with said boyfriend, thank bloody god, and is a complete mess but like she said "the whole experience was a real eye-opener for her". Eugh, I'm so riled up right now.
On the other hand, my bestest guy friend in the world (remember me bangin' on about him?) is back and I'm so madly in love with him (friend-love) it's not even funny! It's really ridiculous, whenever he's around I can't actually stop smiling and it's so awesome coz it's totally platonic! He sent me on a guilt trip this evening about us not hanging out enough and ALMOST convinced me to go out clubbing with him, but hey, my priority right now is sorting my girly friends out and making sure they're okay...so...instead...I'm hanging out with him the WHOLE day tomorrow!!! We're going to go get some lunch, then go chill on the beach and just hang out and stuff and then we're going to go chill somewhere in the evening and it'll be wonderful and perfect and who needs an asshole of a boyfriend when my friends are so fucking awesome, eh? x
