If they need to cut more services, what goes next?

[He pauses and makes a hm sound.]

Not sure. I doubt they would do anything too damaging. Mind if I sit with you?

[ She's huddled in on herself, and it might not be just from the cold. ]

[He takes a seat on the bench, a reasonable distance apart from her, and sighs. A puff of air comes out, only showing how cold it really is.]

This is only the beginning. I have no doubt they have something else on the way, just as you predict. We can only wait for that moment and then defy it.

The conversation I overheard on the phone worries me. On the one hand, they seem to be losing control. But will it be an opportunity for us?

[ She frowns. ] If the management goes under, are we going to be able to get out, or are they going to drag us down with them?
