(9) The Penultimate Foe?
In re our current increment of the Ninth Doctor Timeline....
OK, the Doctor and Trace have had their respective hero moments vs the Raganall. It seems our Jack's player has departed for deeper waters, so once Rose has done her bit in repelling the horrible monster, it should be easy enough to finish it off by having an NPC Jack shoot the corporeal part so our heroes can flee to the roof.
After that, the big unanswered question in our story is whose fault is the whole mess. We still have two Thal NPCs in the building: Jabrill and the young guard, one of whom might radio for an airlift rescue, solving the problem of how to get out of the building. That would pave the way for the Final Confrontation(tm) with the Evil Overlord(r) who hypnotized the population in the first place.
(A more complicated option would be to have the Raganall interfere again when all seems lost, helping to defeat the villain in return for the twist, but... yeah, complicated.)
It looks like we're going to have to NPC the Evil Overlord as well. Let's establish who s/he is, what's an appropriate fate for him/her/it, and what each of our characters can do to make the final confrontation a triumph for everyone concerned.
