(9) can has continuing naow?
Sorry for dropping off the face of the world there. LSAT preparations pwnd my brain for a time. I am, however, back now, and tracethenurse and I would like to round off the Ninth Doctor Timeline. Edit: the NEW active thread is currently here!
To recap: the Doctor and the Thal healer, Jabrill, have been holed up in a laboratory high in a deserted medical building, formulating a substance to release the city from its mass hypnosis. Jack, Rose, Trace, and several Thal guards attempted to secure the building against intruders, but their weapons proved useless against the Raganall, and they are being forced upstairs by an enemy that seems no more than vague whispering and encroaching darkness... but can dissolve flesh with a mere touch. The Raganall have come for Jabrill's stolen Mintakan twist (which currently resides in the Doctor's pocket), and will stick at nothing to discover it. The Doctor and Jabrill release their cure into the city's atmosphere, but as a mysterious scream rings out from below, they bolt for the stairs, hoping they're not too late.....
Only one mystery remains unsolved: who has been holding the Thal city under mass hypnosis and taking over all its medical facilities? It wasn't Jabrill, and the Raganall are only here for the twist. At this point, we're looking for either a home-grown tyrant or (hint hint) an extraplanetary villain whose machinations have not yet been revealed.
So who wants to join in? Do we still have a Rose and a Jack?
