1. I see them as being extremely close. While he gets along with most people and will make the effort to talk to everyone, there are only very few people that he is completely open with and who he'll tell his innermost thoughts to. Terry is one of those, along with Anthony and Padma. And maybe Cho, if things ever work out between them! With Terry, he feels that he can be himself and say whatevers on his mind and he won't be made to feel like an idiot for it or be judged in anyway. He's completely comfortable around Terry and Anthony.
2. That's a good question. Most friends do seem to argue quite a bit, but with Michael, he's a bit too level-headed and down to earth to hold a grudge for too long, especially when it comes to a friend. I think they would've had their disagreements, but I don't they'd have had a major argument. THEY'RE LOGICAL RAVENCLAWS, NOT HOT-HEADED GRYFFINDORS ;D
3. That's a tough one. Terry would have to do something completely deceitful for Michael to never forgive him. On the level of Pettigrew.
4. Before Cho? LOL I don't think he's ever really liked Roger, but he's never majorly disliked him. He respects Roger. He respected him as Captain of the Quidditch team last year and for believing in him and giving him a chance, even though he didn't always like Roger's approach. But now that he's Captain, he's beginning to understand Roger's behaviour. The reason that he never completely liked Roger is because of Cho. He's always been slightly jealous of the ease with which Roger seems to talk to Cho and how relaxed she seems to be when she's with him.

1)) Awww! That's how I see them. With Terry, he has five sisters and his mom so he has not other male company (his dad doesn't live with them) so he sees Michael and Anthony as brothers.
2)) Hotheaded Gryfs! xD I can see them having a silly little disagreement at breakfast over some point in an essay and then laughing it off!!
3)) Terry will never do that!!!!
4)) That makes perfect sense.
