I used to get bad pains in my nuts when i was younger too. I don't really know what it was but i think it had something to do with puberty as it rarely (never) happens anymore.
Testicular cancer is painless until its really bad i think, and by then your nuts would have huge lumps on them.

DUDE. If your just gonna sit there and let the cancer fuck your shit up, then of course its gonna hurt. Youve gotta do something about that shit idiot. Now I see you've begun the Anal room-take-up method, but from what I've heard so far, you have a really advanced case already. What you need to do is somehow take up ALL the space in your ass so that the cancer REALY knows theres no room for it. I reccomend shoving extremely LARGE objects up there. The larger the better. My friend had the same case and he ended up having to ram 3 cucumbers in there at the same time. You will probably need to do this as soon as possible. If it is this is really bad, probably the cancer has propagated through your whole reproductive system and soon into other parts of the body via the plasma in your blood(leucemia) to prevent this it really important (as your friend said)that you introduce big object inside your ass, but not your fist, cause the cancer willl pass onto it. try buying a dildo(may sound wierd, but some people with test cancer use it)or use some other objects and try to keep them inside your ass for a long time(minimun half an hour) repeat this procces until the cancer knows he has to go. eventually the cancer will go when you piss. its important that you do this, my friend also had the same thing when he was 12 and he had his nut cutt off because he diddnt get things in his ass.
if you dont belive me just call a doc and ask it, they´ll tell you the same thing as me, i am just trying to save you from an embarassing situation with your parents and doc.
