Its fair to say the Egale Ceremony went well. Ed Rednell came this (2 inches) close to coming to our ceremony for some reason. Brian made a snide remark on the side during one of the speeches and it took all my energy not to roll around laughing. Andy Crichton and his wife came and so did Ogle and becker and Caughey. It was totally awesome. I now have my eagle badge! it was so hard, but soooooo worth it. I think I might go into West Chester tomorrow to get my fortune read. Maybe I will search that antique shop for that special item I need.
I had a dream I have had before where some doctor shot intense radiation rays into my stomach. It felt like being crushed. Sometimes I wonder if my subconcious is trying to kill me. It probably is. I got a new book about Shakespeare and I am excited, oh yes, I am. No, really, this is my excited face. GODDAMMIT!!!!
Oh yes, I switched to new meds and apparently it doesn't mix well with preservatives in alcohol, so when I drank one glass of wine at a fancy restaurant with my mother, father, aunt and uncle, I got a little drunk. Here is how it went.
Max: (sips wine. tastes thin. Gets dizzy and starts remembering the time Jared ate two gordo burritos and starts laughing)
Father: Max, stop it, that's not funny.
Max: (silent laughter)
Mother: Uh oh, I think Max has a buzz. How much did you drink, Max?
Max: ...and Jared ate TWO Gordos! hehehehehe (almost drools on tablecloth)
Aunt: What's so funny?
Uncle: Everything.
Max: (Shakes it off a bit and walks home to sober up)
It was embarassing becuase I have had wine before without a problem, but this medication...yeah. People all around were staring at me as I slowly sank to the floor. Luckily, my uncle picked me up and made it seem like I had the flu or something/ My father made me walk home saying that the cold air would shape me up. It did, but I bought three packs of gum and I can't remember why. I think I saw Louis on my way home. I don't remember much, but yeah, when I get drunk I either laugh at nothing or get really sullen.
That was kind of interesting.
