Aaaand, we're back. :-)
Our power came back on earlier today, finally (after being out since Sunday afternoon). No property damage, nothing significant lost in the fridge. The freezer didn't even have time to begin to thaw, so that's all fine. A smidge of water on the floor in the basement.
Our worst consequences were two days of being cold, annoyed and bored, and I lost three days of work. Considering what's happening elsewhere, we got off easy, and I will not complain.
