by the way, everyone eat lots of bananas.

i had the rest of the smoothie with a banana in it and felt super better...since they have over 25% of a woman's DV for IRON :-D and over 50% DV for a guy,

GO BANANAS

(i dont even like the taste, but i will live off bananas if they make me better...)
