oh...hehe
I went to lunch with my friend Meredith today and the waiter totally hit on me! He came to ask us for our drinks and I noticed his tattoo, I asked him if it was a dragon, snake, or eel and he chuckled and he said "well have you ever watched stargate?" and I said, "ooo it's a Gould!"
He just looked at me shocked, and then he smiled at me and he said that is was very sexy that I knew that, noone had ever known that before. So then he proceede to flirt with me the rest of the lunch. He dropped lines like, "no matter how hard you look I'm not on the menu, I've tried to get that fixed though just for you." and "do you girls need anything else? Like my number?" and he asked me what I was doing later tonight and told me when he was going to get off work. He even brought us to go cups for our drinks after we paid and sat for awhile. I told him I was taken but he insisted on chatting about bad science fiction movies and games anyway and responded that as long as I wasn't engaged that was just a speed bump.
The whole thing was very silly but still cute. It made me feel good to have someone want to go out with me. Especially on the fly. That's something that's never happened before. Nice confidence boost, yah know?

But alas for him I have my own Sci-fi sweetheart waiting for me back at school. And I'm way too attached to give him up for a cute waiter =P
But yah never know where you might find somebody, or apparently how they might get interested in you...I mean seriously...all I did was recognize his tattoo.
