..... *still doing his nightly sulks at whatever place he could find where he was all alone. Only this night was different, because he was covered in noise injuries all over~*
He's explained the Game to you, right? Sometimes people with high Imagination become aware of it while they are still living. Sometimes its just bad feelings, seeing people with wings or strange creatures... for Josh, it was all of it.
In the Game itself, yeah, in life... not so much. He couldn't talk to anyone about it... anyone except me, anyway. He was fifteen when he died, and became Composer not long after. Part of him always stayed fifteen.
Wasn't there at least something he could've done for those in the game? If no one else could see it, then there must have been a lot of things he could've helped with.
It's not so simple. If you help people in the Game, you're taking away part of the challenge. Overcoming challenges is how we become better people.
[hrms] Unless you're trying to overcome issues with accepting help from people...
[shakes his head] Well, it's kind of complicated. Experience in a Game is pretty personal.
Look, Rev. I'm not excusing his actions. Not by any means. What he did--what he has done--is cruel and wrong more often than not. I'm just tryin' to explain him.
... I still just don't get it though. How is it that he thinks so... lowly of everyone? If he was human, then he's really no different than anyone else. At least at a point.
Why is anyone an asshole? Sometimes that's just how they are. You either accept it and deal with it, or you decide they're not worth your time. Which is completely in your right.
You can't change people. You can only change how you view them.
Nice night for it.

His antics could've gotten everyone hurt, or worse killed... *sigh* I'm not sure how you're able to put up with him sometimes.

[a bit more serious] Patience. Lots of time with him. He's not a bad kid.

[sighs] I knew him back when he was alive. He was just a scared kid who saw things that no one else did.

... So he knew about it all before even being in it? That... Actually sounds like a pretty nice advantage.

...An incredibly powerful fifteen year old.
