Hopeless Little Fangirl Am I.
Y'see, this is probably why when I find a new show to stalk and fangirl, my husband just rolls his eyes. And last night he watched Bones with me, as I squeed over Angela and Brennan and Booth (but mostly crooning about how I wouldn't mind it if Brennan "comforted" Angela), and there may have been copious amounts of eye-rolling, but he didn't say a word.
My favourite part of the whole episode (The Skull in the Desert - Jeez I wish we could catch up to you Americans) is at the end where Brennan guarantees Angela another shot at LURVE with both her head and her heart. You know she just included her heart because she knows that's what Angela believes in, rather than the superbrain that is Dr Temperance Brennan. But the caring and comforting, it was all ---- awwwwww.
And it's unrelated to the episode, but I kind of think the desert is a little sexy... all that sun and sweat and as little clothes as possible...
I think Michaela Conlin did an admirable job in this episode.
