WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO TRIAL BY JURY!! A verdict is legally binding given preponderance of the evidence by a jury of 12 people (Less in some states). And despite the prosecution winning the case this motherfucker gets off on some bullshit technicality like that. 30 months isn't long considering he won't be in real jail but white collar jail. Think of it as a seminar with the other white collar criminals to compare notes on how to screw over as many people as possible.
