Of late, usually not so long. Since starting on the meds? Forever. Then I get to wake up continually through the night. Oh joy! Then wake up early too.

Try not to, it's generally set for a reason.

Maybe my meds dosage going down so I can be vaguely more like a normal human being? Hopefully keeping my job?
